I was looking at your build and had concerns about stacking crit when your ACT log shows that your top 3 sources of damage can't crit. Anyone have the answer to this? Say i obtain my lvl 70 artifact weapon now, through the campaign. Even though I can't equip it (lvl 62) can I feed it greens and blues that I find as I level up? I'm guessing the gear I feed into it needs to be level 70, but I thought I would ask.

We can talk equal opportunity when I see pvp gear dropping in pvp! You can go days of farming glory and seals to get 1 piece of pvp gear.
