Thats exactly what needs to happen if we all band together as cheesy as that sounds we can get this problem resolved a whole lot quicker. They wont ever fix the problem, even if thousands of individuals submit tickets on the same problem, we all have to come together to get actual results.

I am having the same problem i play a level 60 GWF and my arm armor just disappears gives me the "error retrieving armor info" message and if i try to click on it to inspect if freezes and crashes my game, it also gives me the same message when i try to equip another arm armor piece. I would be willing to replace the arm…
