"error retrieving armor info"

Hi I have a level 60 GWF and one day i log in to find that my arm armor has disappeared from its slot. The arm armor is called the {Draconic bracers}, if i hover over the armor it says "error retrieving armor info" and if i try to equip a new piece of armor in that slot it gives me the same error message, also if I click on the armor slot to try and inspect the bracers it freezes my game and sounds like a submachine gun firing. I equiped the red dragon armor overload enchantment that comes with the dragonborn DLC, and the dragon enchantment that gives a 1% chance to drop a refinement stone or ward at my feet upon killing an enemy.
Oh and i am playing on the Xbox One console.

Steps to reproduce:
1. equip draconic bracers
2.equip red dragon overload enchantment from dragonborn dlc.
3. log out
4.log back in.
Bug: When i highlight my arm armor it gives me the "error retrieving armor info" message and it gives me the same message when i try to equip another piece of armor, also my game freezes and crashes when i try to press A on the piece of armor.
Note: I would just like to be able to use arm armor again. If you could possibly find a way to comletely clear my arm armor slot on that one character that would be fine. Thank you.
