Warlock starter pack

Broke down and bought zen for the Warlock starter kit for 3500 ZEN. Sad to say the kit did not come with the 24 slot bag or the adventure starter kit as advertised. Is this a bug? I placed a ticket and complaint 3 days ago and have yet to hear back. Can I get a ZEN refund if you cant provide the product.

    Subject: Scourge Warlock kit not complete
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Bought the 3500 starter kit
    2. Received all items except the 24 slot bag and starter kit
    3. Put in a ticket 3 days ago for help
    Bug: Did not receive all items advertised in purchase
    Note: Please send me the final items or refund the spent ZEN

    The bag should be over where you can claim items that come with packs. right beside where you pick up daily quests across from seargent knox through the tunnel that leads to where you get your first fashion set.
