Does the stuck command help at all fixing this issue? Or perhaps if you have VIP using the travel sign or teleporting to Moonstone. I have this same bug on Xbox. At first, I didn't have any bonus progress reward. A couple of days later I did. However, after claiming them the "collect reward" icons are still there with nothing to claim.

Not in its native form. But through Steam and Third-party programs running in the background I heard it can be done. (Never tried it myself) Try a search online and there will be some guides to get the game working with a controller.

Was the companion the Damaran Shepherd? I've gotten one from a lockbox before myself. Seems they are in the uncommon companion list even though it's common level.

Update: Found out (from a player who I wish I could remember their name to give credit) that if you are in a zone where the Protector's bounty is active and the merchant finishes his run that resets the need to complete the Protector's Speech. Tested it and sure enough I only had to run one Protector's speech and 5 event…

Yep has to be done on each alt. But only had to run the protector's speech twice. Once when you first get the quest and again to finish the quest. The second, third, and fourth day were checked automatically. So, five daily annv quests and two PS runs. Still not worth it to me to run it for every alt. (I'm a bit of an…

There is a mechanic to help with this already in the game. If you hover over the mount in the store the tooltip will pop up and if you've already bought the mount, it'll say Already Opened in orange letters right below the binding information.

You must mean a Common Mark of Potency. Which is an old refining stone that was used to upgrade old Enchantment and Runestones. I've still got a few in my bank that I've held onto. Glyphs of Potency only come in "orange" Legendary quality.

Do you have the Juvenile Jade Dragonnel companion from this years Feast of Lanterns event? It's utility power is Greenscale Hunter's Discipline too. Which I found odd then and still do.

Thank you for the fix. Question is the next time the event runs will it be bugged again? This is at least the second time alt's have experienced this bug.

Starting to look like by the time a fix is applied the event may be over. On day 10 of 21 as of this posting, so even if added with a patch on Tuesday that'll be day 13. :'(

I have a few characters suffering from the same bug here on PC and on Xbox. It's been buggy the same way before in past years, but I thought it was fixed. Guess not. :'(

Somehow the glitch is still occurring. Just did a run of Sewer Most Fowl and it happened. I've also seen reports that it's happing still in the Pvp match, can't verify that myself.

I logged onto the preview server this morning and indeed you can buy insignia powder and Shards of Greater Empowerment from the trade bar store there. Now if this change will transfer to live or is just for testing purposes I don't know.

Looks like the Coalescent Motes are starting to show up for folks. I claimed mine today. If it doesn't show up for you give it time, the last time they had a mix up like this the reward showed up at different times. Like someone was manually having to update peoples account to get the reward.

This is a strange one. I was able to claim the Vanity Choice Pack but none of the others.

What is your skill level with Jewelcrafting? Higher level items won't show up in the list unless you go to crafting options and check Preview future recipes. Click on the gear icon (Which plasticbat shows in the picture above) to get there.

It's under Jewelcrafting lvl 14 skill. Use the search function at the crafting table it should show up there.

Yeah, noticed that myself. No Knights Pack, and now no Coal mote. Must be a case where if you claimed the items on another run of the free items event you can't claim them again. It stinks IMO.

Yeah, I've been thinking about going that route. Maybe when they have a sale that's 30% or higher, sad part that's only going to help one characer. :'(
