  What is a common Glyphs of Potency? As far as I know, there is only one kind.

  You must mean a Common Mark of Potency. Which is an old refining stone that was used to upgrade old Enchantment and Runestones. I've still got a few in my bank that I've held onto. Glyphs of Potency only come in "orange" Legendary quality.

  If you mean common mark of potency, it was a very common items in the past. It is pretty much useless for a long time.
  No, I don't think it has anything to do with the game. It does not change your stuff in the shared bank.
  I believe you forgot you have them.
