Event dragon mount not account unlocked?

So, do we have to complete the daily quest on each alt for 5 days if we want them to have the new event dragon mount?

    Yes.

But be careful, apparently the quest visualization is bugged.
I did the skirmish on one toon today and the progression box for the skirmish was then already checked on every other toon, too. Seems to be just a visual bug, tho.
Make sure to do the skirmish on every toon every day, no matter whether the quest says you already did it or not. Otherwise you may end up missing the goal without realizing it!

As long as the 'Return on the XYZth dayfor more Anniversary activities' quest comes up in the journal, you should be good.

It does. But that enforces my take even more.
See, I did the required quests every day on 2 of my toons since the event started (which means I did it 3 times up until this point) so the quest should show "return on the fourth day ...", which it does.
The thing is, it shows the same progress for all my other toons as well, and with those I started the event a day later -> should say "return on the third day ...". So who knows what is actually messed up with this quest this year.
I'll take the safe route and do the skirmish on every toon every day, even tho the quest progress tells me I don't need to so if it is bugged in the end, I can say "I actually did the required amount/type of quests."

I am sure something is messed up (a bug) but I think the trigger is real (to 'honour' the task completion) though. Or, IMO, doing the "extra" (or actual) skirmish does not do anything other than feel better in principal. We will see what will happen.

Today, before I did any speech skirmish in any of my toons. 6 out of 9 of my toon got the speech skirmish check mark. Noe of them was even in PE.
So, I don't think it is about doing one skirmish in one toon triggered that but some kind of bug that makes the trigger enabled.

Interesting. The 3 characters who needed to do the speech skirmish all have the speech skirmish checked for today.
The other 6 characters who got the check mark yesterday do not have the check mark for today.

Yep has to be done on each alt. But only had to run the protector's speech twice. Once when you first get the quest and again to finish the quest. The second, third, and fourth day were checked automatically. So, five daily annv quests and two PS runs. Still not worth it to me to run it for every alt. (I'm a bit of an altoholic)

No, for me, it is not only twice. My 9 alts need to do 4 PS each.

Update: Found out (from a player who I wish I could remember their name to give credit) that if you are in a zone where the Protector's bounty is active and the merchant finishes his run that resets the need to complete the Protector's Speech. Tested it and sure enough I only had to run one Protector's speech and 5 event dailies to get the dragon.

    That explains my situation.
