Sure, there could be certain rules. Like, you wouldnt get added to a game that is over half way finished. You wouldnt be added to a game where one teamis leading by a certain amount. For example, this was just off the top of my head, but you catch my drift.

I think you are missunderstanding the trickster role on the battleground. In full t2 pvp gear ive met clerics standing there taking my damage as a champ, while healing up himself and his surrounding teammates. You need atleast 2 dps on a decent cleric to get him down. So i have no idea what you are doing wrong

First of all, when unstoppable is up, you simply cannot kill it 1v1, its not humanly possible, unless hes on really low hp and you got a powerful daily.
