Ok, well, tried submitting a ticket but it just keeps looping me back to 'look at all our pretty games' page. Clicking on Neverwinter just tells me about the game. Theses characters have completed the Dwarven King content. And the Maze Engine content. Never had an issue accessing the zone till now. Looks like this isn't a widespread issue and I should put in a ticket. Thank you for your reply.

For what it's worth, it worked yesterday. When I could no longer earn on my main, I switch to another and earned a progress reward on that one. I switched to another and was earning progress on that one until I logged off.

I had checked my other characters before posting and they were still able to progress on their bars; it was just my main that was not. I force-verified too before checking again. So if the cap is per character, I wonder what it is.

Pick up the quest in PE, then do a Portabello Dungeon (pick from the ones available in the queue window) to get 2 tokens. That opens up the other quest guy with 4 quests, each of which had a chance to grant another token (can earn up to 2 additional). I think that's how it works.

I play left-handed and use the arrow keys to move. Going into performance mode overrides these with octave and half-step controls. Remapping these to movement doesn't work. Every time I go into performance mode I'm locked in place. Won't be able to play this class in higher content.

You can farm the Ice Sprite from the vendor. Snowflake the vanity pet seems to be one-per-account, forever. I claimed it last year on one character. It's not available to any other character this year.
