Mantol-Derith suddenly closed for some characters

Been doing the Hallowe'en quests on different characters and have a few that can't get into Mantol-Derith suddenly. It's greyed out on the map with some blurb about seeing Belgold. Done all that, of course, years ago, so it's all been opened up forever. Till now. Fix?

    It changed some time ago. While it may not hsve been intended by the devs, in order to access Mantol Derith, it is necessary for the Dwarf King adventure to be completed. I had a number of characters hit by this but doing the adventure fixed it on the one zi tried.

    Theses characters have completed the Dwarven King content. And the Maze Engine content. Never had an issue accessing the zone till now. Looks like this isn't a widespread issue and I should put in a ticket. Thank you for your reply.

    Ok, well, tried submitting a ticket but it just keeps looping me back to 'look at all our pretty games' page. Clicking on Neverwinter just tells me about the game. Clicking 'contact us' and picking the problem (issue within the game) and (technical issue) loops me back to the 'pretty games' page again. Am I missing something?

    So, devs. I have a couple of characters who would like to do Hallowe'en quests in Mantol-Derith but can't because they're locked out of it suddenly.

    Escalating this in the weekly report and also letting support know of potential issues with ticket submission.
