I had the same problem. Open a ticket. Include screenshoots of your appearence screen with the change items displayed and the fashion tab showing (proves its not anywhere). You might get them back.

Other than with real money, you can convert astral diamonds to zen via the zen exchange (check the buttons at the top of your in game screen), however there is a serious backlog at them moment and it might take a couple of weeks. The exchange rate is maxed out at 500 ad to 1 zen, so 1 key will cost you 62500 ad.

It's probably a "bug" that we are all exploiting. They should really be level 70. I am sure they will let us know in 5 or 6 mods :wink:

I had this problem as well, however I had no proxy selected in launcher options, so I changed it to US and that seemed to fix the problem for me.

This was the way it worked, but since the new mod every second press of the esc button (at least for me) calls up the ESC menu, which interferes with game play even more than the roll results do, causing you to loose control of your toon until you clear it (again by pressing esc). I would love a personal auto vote system. That way i could auto pass on the green stuff and auto need/greed on the blue+ stuff. I don't want or need the roll out-comes to fill my screen (place the result in the action tab, so if anyone is interested they can look there). If i win, put the item in inventory, i don't care…

I have always got a timeout message sometimes when logging in on a particular internet connection, requiring me to retry several times. This is to do with the type of connection i use when i am not at home (a mobile connection, it goes to sleep and does not wake up fast enough). After several retries i can usually logon.…

Apparently they are BOP on NEED or BOE on GREED. Don't know if this has changed since last patch tho.

I agree with the idea having a preset personal option to auto select based on colour. That way those of use who like to farm green/blue items (for the hungry mimic/artifacts) will not be inconveniencing those that don't.
