I agree in everything you say here. IL on boons is totally broken and many boons dont work at all. I have kept some old gear on my main just because new gear with lots more IL is much worse than old gear. Hmm id scrolls really? How about players testing new mod 16 with and without all boons and they can not feel any difference in gameplay. I run Workshop last time several years ago. After playing it 200 times with no Beholder tank in sight for me and the entire party. I totally gave up on it.
