Ok you said the whole reason to change the enchantments was to make the item level and stats more meaningful. How is this being accomplished in any way? Rank 15 is 200 a rank 2 is 600 but it takes 3 rank 15 to get 1 rank 2. Yes they can go to rank 5 but the same could have been accomplished by raising the levels on current…

I can't claim the reroll tokens on any character. Also can't reclaim the artifact pack

Got put in CR in the random que still broken. Game completely freezes and shuts down for all players after damaging one of the sisters. Did this 2 times at the same point had to abandon dungeon.

Anyone else having trouble with the summer artisan? I have not gotten a single artisan on any of my characters.

My artisans never popped. Tried on 6 toons no artisan yet.

Update waited 15 min for runestead to collapse and it freed my character

Game crashes back to xbox screen while doing runestead. My character is stuck in there because it won't load. Trying to wait for instance to close to see if my character is freed before submitting a ticket.

I had this issue with the mail. All my mail disappeared for well over a hour. The only mail there was messages I had deleted almost a year ago. One of my alliance members checked hers and hers was gone as well. I removed all my items because the mail is still acting all wonky since the patch on Thursday.

Several things not good with your suggestions on the player side. If we have rank 12 we've paid for it so anyone just getting vip should not have the same benefits. I was going to do this boring event just because i wanted the mount but after today i will be sitting this one out with all 6 of my characters.
