Thats not completely true. I have 1200 tenacity on my gwf and 40% defense (from defense). Sitting at around 26k hp. I have been one shot by rouges in high end pve gear with super high gear score. My brother calls them wallet warriors. Its true they die relatively fast because they have no tenacity, but its not hard to run…

All they need to do is disable the closer to boss campsite, its kind of redundant anyway.

I just tested it on a dummy, its still double procing, sometimes it comes up as one single proc for way to much damage. Lashing blade for 28k, followed by 2 14k shadows, with the occasional 28k. Ive been searching for items on the pc auction house, where the filters mostly work, then specific searching for the item on xbox search to find it lol. It kind of is a work around.
