I don't even have a problem with Perma, if cryptic decided to give TR endless stealth+ dodge OK, BUT they need to Rework "Piercing-dmg". there's absolutely no reason to give TR's that high amount of Advantage!! and still the Possibility to 1-Shot enemy Players- with only one use of Daily-

Paladin are just unkillable/immortal but Not dangerous, TR can still 1-Shot you over 100k HP for a Single SE , this is the main Problem with PvP!! Rogues got an easy life on Neverwinter.......
