are they bind on account or on character?

    The article is pretty clear, let me find the sections.

    Here, top area, last sentence of paragraph:
    How does it work? During the promotion players will receive bonus reward items when they transfer a particular amount into Neverwinter. Each “tier” will reward you with all of that tier’s items and all subsequent tiers as well. Rewards will be given out on 1/27. This promotion does not include Steam Wallet transitions. All companions are single claim and Bind on Equip.

    *Note: All rewards can only be claimed once and all items will be BOE. Steam purchases do not qualify for this offer.

    I would have thought it is either in your mail or at the reward guy in PE (up the steps, left hand side, a bit past the Harper chap).

    You may need to nip to the Zen store and purchase a small bag of patience. The (US) day is young and it is not unknown for these things to be a day or so late iirc.

    At least they could say HOW and WHEN these rewards will be delivered... I thought it would be an automated process running at midnight or something like this. Zebular or any other community moderator, could you help us with that?

    Any word on this yet. I hope you can forgive my impatience, but since I have still not heard anything about my ingame rewards for the Extra Life charity after 3 months, I'm wondering if we are in for the same sort of fiasco with this.

    Back at the end of October there was a charity event that PWI was a part of. Donations made to the charity through the PWI team page were rewarded with ingame and real world prices. We were told it would be a couple of weeks before we would likely see our rewards due to the overwhelming success of the charity. Unfortunately many of us are still waiting. But in all fairness I do have to say that Akro has made mention in a number of the livestreams and in the charity post here in the forums that this is being worked on.

    I really hope it's not the same case. What really concerns me is the almost total absence of communication between PWI and those that charged ZEN into their accounts expecting to receive the rewards. Earlier in this thread they said that it was still too early in PST time zone, they were waiting for people to arrive at the office, etc. Now it's 13:30 almost and so far they haven't said nothing. People in EU are going to sleep, it's 20:00 where I live and no explanations so far.

    I know zebular (the community manager that was answering this thread) is probably doing his best, but PWI should treat his users (specially PAYING users) with more care, if they still expect to continue making money with this kind of promotion/campaigns.

    I'm just a lowly Moderator, not a Manager. :)

    Regardless, the article didn't say when in the day and we know they "roll out" - not "all at once" - as well, all former Zen Charge Rewards have been issued to players, even if a little late, so there really is no precedence for concern over this promotion. The key issue is to wait and be patient. They will come when they come. It's not like you're not going to get your reward, as long as you qualified. Indeed!     :cool:

    However, to hypothesize on what info we do have: The time period to transfer zen ended at 11:59pm PST, which about is 26 hours after the event. So, on what I would think 2 hours ago (24 hours from end of promotion) is when they would have begin to roll out. Verification and Processing (not server processing) time could vary depending how many had possibly qualified during the promotion period and could affect such release.

    In a previous Charge Rewards promotion, they were slated to roll out at 10:00am PDT but there were issues and they ended up rolling out at 4pm PDT. Another one, over a year ago, rolled out at 12:00pm PDT. In another, there were also issues that delayed the issuing of the rewards until the following Monday, having been scheduled to release the Thursday before.

    Alas, we'll get info out as soon as we have it to give. I'm just as excited to get my rewards too. :)

    Well, it is true that the article didn't say what time, but it did specifically say what day. Just saying. I know today isn't over yet, but people who pay actual money for something should be treated just like paying customers for any other purchase they make (be it physical or digital). It's pretty much the way commerce works. People who pay for services have a realistic expectation to know when and how. Please don't misinterpret this as a complaint, just a observation and expectation based on reality. :cool:

    I've been checking all day, I've been excited to get another companion to train up. But in all fairness, although it's getting later into the day, so long as there has been an update about it by midnight then expectations are being met. Though I really do get the impatience :P Hopefully we'll hear something soon or else those of us in the EU will wake up to our companions which would be a nice little morning pick me up heh

    I got one of them from the Winter Festival. She's pretty awesome. ^.^
    This new one will go to my Warlock, the other one got messed up and came out of the bag BoP instead of BoE, but my Cleric can definitely live with having a slightly evil sidekick.

    So far my luck with these promotions has been pretty mixed. Last time with the spend x amount of Zen in the shop I had to create a ticket and wait over two weeks to get my rewards. (Stupid holidays period =/)
    First time I partook in one it went smoothly though, and I got my rewards on time.
    Fingers crossed all goes well this time!
