I wasn't worried. I've seen a few of these promotions, and the basic rule still applies - if it doesn't show up within 48 hours, contact support. Almost without fail, they arrive within that timeframe. Also, pretty much without fail, there is someone on the forums 1 minute past the 10am PST 'deadline' wondering why they haven't been delivered yet.
Just relax, folks. The rewards will get to the claims agent. Honest!
Regardless, the article didn't say when in the day and we know they "roll out" - not "all at once" - as well, all former Zen Charge Rewards have been issued to players, even if a little late, so there really is no precedence for concern over this promotion. The key issue is to wait and be patient. They will come when they come. It's not like you're not going to get your reward, as long as you qualified. Indeed!
When you say "not all at once" do you mean that we should not expect the companions to show up simultaneously? I'm just a bit concerned since I checked the claims agent, and the Skeletal Dog is there, but nothing else (related to this promotion), and I should have a few more.
EDIT: Nevermind, that does seem to be what's happening. My Zhent Warlock just came in, so the rest should trickle in over the next hour or so if the pace holds...

Got all of mine! (AKA up to the Mystic Phoera, since I didn't go for the rest)
Now to face the tough choice of who to give which companion... *stares at the long character list* :eek:
Did they appear in your inventory or mail? I've also checked the reward claims agent. :{
I bought several things that added up to 1200zen, and not sure if I needed to buy one item that was over the allotted amounts.

Hehe. So much impatience! So much stress!
I think the lesson for PW / Cryptic is to add one day to their announced date so rewards generally arrive before the start of that day.
Manage those expectations...

These companions appear in the Reward Claims Agent in the Promotions tab. If they are not there AND you qualified (transferred Zen during the stated period), then contact Support. You won't get Support for Account Billing Issues on the forum, as we're not Support Staff here. Sorry, but Support issues need to be handled through Support. Thanks!
