Does anybody remember the "limited edition" Sergeant Knox companions? So... exactly how much are they worth? ROFL!!! It is worth exactly how much the ones who bought them from the AH.
Are they rare? Probably, 5 of them... sounds rare to me... but are they better or even good? ROFL!!! Not to me. In fact they are so much "better" and "rare" that nobody even see them in the game now... or is there anybody even bother to see them... or even remember them?
Practically I am happy with my Dragonborn Pack with similar stats and all the account-wise unlocks including bags, epic artifacts, clothing and such.
Yeah I wouldn't have bid 1 AD for those knox companions even if I had limitless AD available.

lol .. the value propaganda in this thread was pretty funny. It's unfortunate it was in lockbox because these things will indeed be incredibly rare. I've yet to see one in game and doubt I ever will. I'm laughing at all those that said the price was going to stay at 12m or go up. I'm going to step out on a limb and say it goes for less than 4mil just b4 the lockbox gets retired.

Based on the drop chance and the current key price, the "fair" value of the Sigil is slightly under 11M. That's 230$ for the race. Uuuuh, thanks but no thanks.

People pay still pay. Thats the only thing that counts. Their rationalization is "I don't blow $230 on movies, sports and other entertainment, so I can gamble for a reskin of a race in an MMO with it...
And I doubt that the metallic dragonborn will be made available in any other way (except lockbox trade events) as the lockbox openers would be rather upset if they were.

You can see the base version in the Character Select screen right now on live, you just won't be able to get past the race select screen with it selected if you don't have it unlocked. Click Dragonborn for the context menu, then choose Metallic Dragonborn.

Ok, I took a screenshot, this is the color palette for the Metallic Ancestry Dragonborn. They look very nice if you have max settings otherwise they just look like a normal dragonborn.
So i got one of these metallic sigils in trade, alot of it and opened the box only to get nothing. I went to the change character appearance vendor and theres nothing about it there. i got no ques, boxes or prompts afterwards. Does anybody know if i need to now spend 1500 zen on a race reroll to access this. Or worse do i need to spend 2500 zen to buy the dragonborn race because im currently tiefling. it feels like im getting screwed here. I put in a ticket last night but havent heard back. S.O.S

Please do not necro threads. As it is a new race, you would need a Race Reroll or create a new character. The sigil only allows you to make a character of that race, it does not include a Race Reroll.

I beg to differ. I buy a stack of 10 of them with ad every time the urge to go gamble takes me. I just have to run the AD thru the zax first.
