If you can't find some use for the account-wide slots they are giving us, you may not be playing your alts so much that it would matter.
I get tons of potions from professions and invoking, and just overage from drops, that I'd love to be able to store without having to remember which character can best use them.. when I'm not logged onto that character. Same for Enchantments. I don't like trying to transfer things through mail and getting the mailbox full alert. This will help a little with that.
One thing I haven't seen asked, although I probably just missed it.. I wonder if they have considered or will consider allowing us to share our gold between characters using this bank? AD would be nice too, but I doubt they will allow that. (I know the alternate methods, but having a store readily available to all would be useful.. like the way Zen storage works.)

And if you wish you can buy additional slots for zen.
One advantage is you could make a pool of common items such as potions, kits, etc. that any of your alts can use. They can add to it, remove specific quantities, etc. without having to create/delete/manage emails. Think of it like a private guild bank.
Wow... Does PW actually play their own game? Two major changes really hose two builds that were already marginal:
1) Reducing HR Split Shot by 25%. Why? HRs are already marginal and the only reason people want them is AoE DPS. Reducing Split Shot makes them even less desirable in PvE. This doesn't impact PvP since anyone using Split Shot in PvP is pretty silly. Please reverse this, PW. Please don't make HRs the one class no one wants to bring into end-game PvE.
2) Pushing GWF DPS feats deeper into the Destroyer tree so Sentinel builds can't get them. Why? The most they can get, generally speaking, is 2 feats. Pushing them deeper means less DPS for a Sentinel. DPS = Threat. What is the purpose of a Sentinel GWF then? Can't tank in PvE, can't hurt anyone in PvP ... you've just totally made 1 tree useless. Please rethink this
There are literally 49 pages about the HR changes and 64 pages about the GWF changes in the preview forums. This has been talked about, a lot. I can only mention about GWF since I never paid attention to the HR, but it basically boils down to Deep Gash doing too much damage for a T1 feat (any tree can get it). So, they tried to buff later destroyer feats to recover some of the damage, but they are still doing less damage than module 2 from what I've seen. I stopped paying attention ~1-2 weeks ago due to me just stopping caring...
As for the HR, ask in the HR forums. Someone had to have paid attention during the preview testing or at least read the thread dedicated to HR changes. You do realize the initial nerf was -45% and they were trying to buff other encounters/at-wills to compensate it, but they got short on time so they lowered the nerf to -25% (for now) and will probably revisit the HR later.

I agree with the possibility of moving Gold and AD (even RAD) into bank slots for rapid shifting. Will be using my slots to shift potions/runes/enchants/skill kits too.

None of this changes the validity or concern of my statements. Adding to 49-64 pages of past discussion about the preview changes is not relevant either since this is no longer a preview but a patch in place. But thank you for the background information none the less.

I have performances issues since the update. Even with minimal graphical settings, the screen freeze. Not in Icewindale, everywhere in game. This is the first time this happen since several months (same computer : I7 4702M 2.2gz - nvidia geforce 760M - ram 8gb ddr3 - windows 8.1 and no other programs launched).
There is also a problem with some blur with some parameters.
Apparently i'm not alone in having graphics problems according the chat in game (lot of discussions about blur and fps).

The loss of gear score points for the GF is merely cosmetic. The only purpose Gear Score serves in this game is as gatekeeper for Epic level dungeons, nothing else. It does not equate to your skill, your power, or your survivability. Don't over state it's effect.
You can still do dungeon delves even if you don't have a key during the DD event. Make sure you run the quest from SGT. Knox in order to activate the Key vendor for you. The daily key you get will work for both normal and epic dungeons. It will NOT be used if you are opening the chest during the DD event.
No patch note about the corrctive patch? The launcher did load yet another patch today, one day after the mod3 patch. But, nothing here about this patch.

We found this last night also - we were all able to solve the lag issue by dropping the 'Max Physics Debri Objects' setting to about 100-120 and fixed the blurriness by turning off the "cinematic focus (depth of field)". It was a bit disappointing this was required, as my setup is pretty top notch.
Temple of the Spider: Removed the invisible collision that could prevent players that died to reenter the final boss room.
What's that mean? When all players are dead? I had no trouble so far, and i didn't hear or read anything about this. Doesn't seem to cause much trouble, compared to other bugs. Or is it supposed to mean you should be able to reenter when you die while the rest of the party is still fighting? That doesn't work, just did ToS.
So either way, good job.
Incomplete patch notes, not listing changes that happenend but listing stuff that wasn't touched. Even if the changes to Storm Pillar or Death Forge, and the fact that "Dread Ring" is now displayed exactly like that, and not localized in German are bugs, someone has to have fiddled with it in some way. It worked perfectly fine before, now it doesn't. That doesn't happen by itself - unless there are weird dependencies in the code that shouldn't be there.
Storm pillar even still does give AP without enemies. Usually the first cast after a fight and then after like 5-10 casts each.
And why do i land in Rothe Valley after ToS, but Cavern of Karrundax will no longer drop players in Mt. Hotenow? It is that hard to check all dungeons to make it consistent? Or it there any special reason why some are supposed to work different?
They also touched the trigger deciding whether you can mount again after some events, especially in PVP. It's near impossible to mount while in spawn, and sometimes i can't mount 'till i'm nearly at an objective. At the same time i see players mounting in spawn like before.
This is a free game, but it's quite profitable if they keep it running and even developing new content. Most F2P make more money than when they were P2P and their direct competitors. Don't get me wrong, i like Neverwinter. But please, try not to introduce 2 bugs for every bug that gets fixed, and try to be more consistent with things (where you end up after a dungeon, where you can ride (right up to Lord Neverember, but you get dropped off the horse near Jarlaxle etc. and i can't ride again until i'm half through Caer-Konig?)).
I'm having constant lag after this update ... I wonder what to do to remake, done uninstalling the game, I even format my HD and does not solve this problem ... I am very upset at the amount of money invested in a game that does not solve this lag

The timer is cut now. I don't see anymore the first number of the timer : 43m 57s -> 3m 57s. The "task bar" cover the first number.
