No its most probable that because of the complexity of the game, it requires more checks, and considering its userbase, (global server), I would imagine that it takes sometime to actually go through it all, and they have to make sure they get it right, it is not designed to go down, therefore takes longer to get it back up again, patches/updates are different - that's planned, this was not the case.

Well you could try Tera, but you will come back to Neverwinter too soon. The aim for mages and archers in Tera is kind of... bad. It's more like in FPS, or worse even at that. Well, it's hard to aim there, that's it.
I like the aim for mages and archers in Tera. And I REALLY miss the ''zoom-in and zoom-out'' button in Neverwinter.

Well Joocy, its not too difficult. Just go to a forum category such as "General Discussion" and at the bottom of the list of subjects there is a button too the left called "+Post New Thread" I would suggest you start with that link, then make sure you put a subject in and follow with a body of text. =-) hope that helps ya.
Bleh! If you think it's bad here go read the APB: Reloaded forums. Now they(The APB community) have got some venom! They would be razing Gamers first to the ground after 10 hours of down time. NW's a whole lot more calm about things. If you think a 95+ page forum thread is BS there are threads threatening the lives of the APB devs and their families after a simple 20 minute sever crash. Personally, I'd rather sit here for 11 hours hitting F5 like it's tied to the pleasure centers of my brain than have to deal with the APB community.
Being one of the lead developers over at SWGEmu for going on 7 years now, I know how it feels to have the community's wrath directed towards you by a bunch of spoiled, entitled brats. It's sad really. If these kids could just look at themselves in the mirror, I have no doubt they'd be ashamed of their behavior.
