Hi,
as you may know there are some classes or races-specific quests, I know that you receive some letters when those quests are available (or you should when your mailbox is working), but I'm trying to put together a listing of where (and when) to find them, any help is welcome.
I put questions marks where I'm mostly guessing.

@impervium I know, I was so happy when I received my first letter, I love that sort of quest.
Edit: Also, I think this one is for a human. Neverdeath Graveyard, so level 26. I don't recall the name of your contact, but he's right by the entry.

CW has a quest in the Tower District.
Halflings get one in Blackdagger Ruins, in the Broken Crown Inn, on the 2nd floor.
Correct, this is for Humans. the contact is immediately to the right when you enter the area.
Elves in the Tower District (level 10) can pick up a quest line from Cerion Haldoreth. He's at the Market Square encampment. (There's a dwarf near him that I suspect provides a racial quest line as well, but I haven't played a dwarf.)
The next place an elf is pointed towards is in Helm's Hold (level 30?) to see Meryth. I haven't played far enough in to locate her yet.
The first Dyrl Godsword mail to a DC appears to show up at level 11.
