OK! So back to the original patch notes.. fixed exploit in Doomguide's Duty = Doesn't reward profession pack any more at all?
Picking up the quest still says you are rewarded one, plus a rank 2 training runestone. When opening the chest, it displayed nothing for me and upon accepting the blank reward a rank 2 dark enchantment popped into my inventory.
Great fix right ? Don't you feel not ****ed with as a customer ? I Do, everything is fine just fine
You can try and fight this all you want, but if PWE is calling it Beta, it's beta... No matter how many signs they throw in front of their game, they could even throw in a "R" sign for "Release". If they choose to call it Beta, it's just that. There's no amount of crying that is going to change their minds, and we all know by now it's just an excuse to fall back on when something goes horribly wrong on their part.
But fact still remains, it's Beta. Why? Because they said so. Throw that giant "L" for live picture into this. PWE will just claim it means the "Servers" themselves are live, and come up with multiple excuses with their billions of dollars, and lawyers, and there's not a damned thing anyone can actually do about it.
Suck it up buttercup. Until they actually say it's "Released", which they have not. You're playing Beta, not the final product. Those of you who decided to throw $200 into the game have absolutely nothing to get all worked up over. You got suckered, because you, just like myself, are suckers. We're suckers, too bad. End of story.
So, there's little to debate. It's live open beta, but in any case people complaining about the product *DID* accept the Open Beta Terms of Use.
Even if only the minority actually read it. They may be calling it beta, live or live open beta or extreme new world features++.
They called it soft launch.
I just hope that the majority of what currently needs fixing gets fixed before it goes out of the beta stage.
People spending their money on a "live open beta" know they're spending their money on a "live open beta". Are they reading the Terms of Service when they buy something? Probably not.
its called the people are to **** impatient. yes it is open beta. its in beta for a reason and i think people are to **** stupid to keep that in mind. i agree with you tho. it is a great game. cryptic is doing a great job right now. we are beta testers and we play to seek out what is wrong its why they make open beta game.
Woow you guys all you complainers and whiners check this out THE WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU its a ftp game and its actually pretty good also its still a beta so give them time to fix it now when it releases and this is still going on then your whining will be ok but now just give them time I guarantee you it will be fixed
