im taking my time, dont really care about the mount but i have opened every box ive looted and gotten some nice stuff so imo it's worth it, especially since i have the real life $ to afford to open hundreds of boxes without breaking a sweat... i still like my spider, drows are supposed to ride them anyways...

I've opened about 40, no companion, no mount. I don't mind some of the other stuff but I hate the **** idols. I need more diamonds about as much as I need a lazy do nothing panther
I admit, I've gone through way too many keys and idols were my biggest win. Seriously, nothing of value for me. I guess the 40k AD for the idols was good, but I was hoping for the mount or the pet, something in-game (fun). bleh.. very annoying.

Why do people keep saying you have to get zen keys to open the boxes? That's not true. You can buy keys off the AH with diamonds.
I bought a few and didn't get a mount so i just stash the rest of them in my bank, i have about 23 boxes. Also to the person that asked you can sell your boxes on the AH but on the Dragon shard they aren't fetching much.
The idols are infinitely better than the Coffers of Runestones! I got five of them in a row, and then a Gloomwrought Crate, which I think is about the worst possible thing to get.
I have "only" used 32 keys so far, and no mount and no companion. Actually, I like the 2500 bars version of the mount better, so it's all good and each box I open gets me closer to that.
Well RNG is RNG I guess , I got like 5 boxes but can't afford to buy keys yet
I've played GW2 so im all too familiar with the RNG, its much less painful here. Sold some companions, gave some to friends so it worked out. I have the Twilight Nightmare so the mount isn't a focus. I do however want to know what the Terror Flame looks like. Ive never seen it on the AH or anything, possibly bugged?

you all are lunatics for spending so much money on a virtual mount, especially the Hero's of the North players who already have the best mount in the game. unbelievable!!!

I got it on my 33rd box opened (3rd one that day). The 40 total got me enough trade bars for the trade bar companion, which looks pretty **** cool at rank 30.
After reading this thread and seeing the randomness of the drops, as a natural gambler that I am I went and purchased 3 keys to try my luck. Never opened any of the boxes before so this was my first time
-1st box = Phoera
-2nd box I got Idols
-3rd box = inferno mount
I don't know if I should sell or use my inferno now... =(

I've opened enough boxes to get enough bars to get a full jester's set, some dyes, wards, etc. Do the math, no mount, and only companions.

**** that sucks. I wonder if there was a soft nerf to the % on the companion because people were getting so many.
As ridiculous as it is, and I know I'm wasting money, I do enjoy opening the dang things.

So far i have recieved 1 Idol (First box) 2 Gloomwrought Crates, 2 Profession Crates and the rest were Enchantments.
Idols would be nice, not really got much AD!
I got the Pheora on the 4th box, a bunch of idols and enchantments. No mount yet. But, I really like the look of the twilight mount the best.
