Launcher issues - Read the first post for solutions

    I've been stuck here for half an hour now, unable to patch:

    I had the "Trying to update the launcher. Be patient. Tried connecting 1 time" problem earlier today. Download the .exe from update 7 and it fixed it.

    Just now, same problem again. Downloaded again (it was a different .exe at that URL now - slightly different size) and it fixed it again.

    Should I expect to download a new .exe every time I want to play?

    I'm getting a script error upon launching the loader:

    Row 38
    Character: 2
    Type: Syntax error
    Code: 0
    URL: http://files.playneverwinter.com.s3....js/launcher.js

    I can Ok/Cancel and when I continue anyway (Ok button), it seems to load, but the login button doenst work (nothing happens after entering the correct login information).

    Already re-installed, launching as admin and replaced the .exe. None of it fixed the problem.

    Welp...now the launcher is doing the same thing. Re'dled the game and did a complete reinstall with the link provided in the beginning of this thread. Launcher goes to trying to connect..waits about 30 seconds..then opens to a white window.

    Does not work with downloaded *.exe for me.

    i have the same problem all i wanted to do was play neverwinter and the they i got to pla it something happened see my luck :(

    i Tried solution 7 the crpyt error was GONE but my launcher is back to being white screen lOL

    D/L new exe and now all I get is blank screen. saying loading please wait on launcher, and just hangs there. Hope maintenance later will sort out this.

    White screen of death. Opening the client directly and it can't connect to account server.

    OK, white screen again, as yesterday.
    Nice, I even created character earlier today and got into a queue, it was about 1910 I think...

    I got DC while loading PVP domnation and got this error

    Then i used Solution 7 after using it for 5x i got this error for 5x also lol..

    i did the fix for the launcher error yesterday and got to play for a while. now i have the same 'launcher cannot connect to server' or whatever bs error...


    edit: wow... 4 nearly identical posts in the time it took me to post this. i really hope you guys get this mess sorted out quick. been waiting too long for this game. was signed up for cbt, but never got a key
