    Founders purchase, also used friends redeem key... client booted up and logged in, green server status and am unable to login... any thoughts?

    This is rather tedious. I don't expect to be testing the game launcher. Anyone with some idea of how to actually fix this? Green server status but unable to logon due to account error.

    I signed up for the beta and it won't let me in, I hit the launcher and it shows the server as being down until I log in but then it gives me an "Account Error" How come I can't get in?
    BTW, I never received a Beta Key or access yet and I signed up more than a month ago. Also, when I tried logging in It was after Beta started and still won't let me in due to the stupid "Account Error" thing.

    You must Beta test the log in and launcher first then you may get into the game.

    Can someone from Perfectworld please update on the current situation. Support pages do not address this issue. Founders purchase with 2nd key used.

    try getting a key from mmobomb you will need an account to get it though

    Full refund requested via contact-us, off to go do something worthwhile this weekend instead of re-launching the logon client for the next few hours.

    You must click register after the launcher comes up. Then a window will open where you can type in your beta key. After that, you can then sign in and it will begin patching.

    bought the guardian pack, but not getting anything.
    i contacted customer support aswell as billing support
    the money has been taken from my bank.
    i recived reciet from perfect world aswell as paypal.
    all i got in response was to go look at the founder agent. and he has no items i can buy. i cant claim any astrals. i alsow have no extra character slot.
    its been 5-6 hours since i bought the guardian pack.
    all my buddys have lvld without me.

    i would like some sort of help or even a proper response to this, the least.
    (i completed the tutorial obviusly, since that was the only suggestion i got from support i mention that here)

    Same here, didnt received anything but the confirmation i bought guadian pack and received a email from perfect world aswell as paypal.
    When do we get acces key??

    Seriously: sometimes you just simply log in with your Perfect World account like you would with Champions Online or Star Trek Online. There was never a formal announcement even though I am a Champions Online lifetime user. Download the game and try using your Perfect World log in and see if you can access the beta content this weekend if you were supposed to have it. (and bump this message if it works -- I have been playing this weekend).

    I can't log in too. I have tested two keys which were accepted. But every try to log in I got the message. Please have somebody an answer.

    "If you see this message on the launcher, it means that you are trying to log in to the game when the servers are not available."

    Little green light at the top of the launcher says the servers are up. What gives?

    Same error message... The server status is green..I have rebooted after installing the software and etc..Is there a time period like 6 pm cst time till???
