Just stopping in, but I think the items from The Fallen & Divine Follower should be reclaimable if they were purchased from the Zen Market. Perhaps as a reclaimable pack from the Rewards Vendor? Like the old Booster Packs.

EDIT: To stop people from exploiting AD gain since they were NOT bound when purchased -- the items reclaimed from packs should/would be bound.
After MOD20 release, if you ever bought Soradiel before and make a new character, you can't reclaim her on the new guy because she's not on Zen Shop anymore. Please fix it because i wanna use her on my new rogue
How about anything which you buy in the zen market which is an account unlock moves to the claim reward vendor so you can reclaim it on any toons. This way you can reclaim mounts and companions from the vendor without fear of it disappearing like Soradiel, the rat pup, Yojimbo, Statler, or any other things which get removed when the mod or event is over.
The Svardborg Conquerer's Banner was supposed to be reclaimable via the Maze Engine Campaign store. Now that the store is gone, it can no longer be reclaimed. Still have the email "Mastering Svardborg" that had it attached.

It disappeared from my appearance list & when I submitted a ticket, support refused to restore it. Just gave me excuses.
