Maintenance for PC is ongoing due to incorrect Zen values after making a purchase in the Zen Market. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide additional updates when available.
We apologize for the frustration this may cause and truly appreciate your patience.
Shrug, looks like I'll brush my teeth AND shower this maintenance period. It's amazing how much I actually get done when the 'puter releases me to investigate life. Pretty sure getting double dark gifts isn't gonna happen today, but I'm also pretty sure the Earth will continue to spin without them.
The most I would like to know is whether the event will be extended. I literally put maximum efforts to gain the most demending item and discovered today, after damn whole week what way is the best to drop last ingredient and if event ends normally I will feel as if the producers spit on me, on my time and on my money cause I support game too.
I've been playing online games for many (many) years and it is always frustrating when a server goes down, or maintenance downtime is extended for whatever reason, but you know - nobody died. This is a free game. The only income stream they have is the zen market, so frankly why should any of us expect them to let the game go ahead with its only income stream crippled? It is 10pm here in the uk, even later for most of the rest of Europe so I imagine many players have lost their entire day.... but it is free folks, so let's all chill and perhaps read a good book instead. You do all remember how to read, don't you? =)

I think they need to comment on this event I don't think its the servers been down so much this is more of the issue players have got but no one is saying anything

ah yes, woe is us, how will the poor ArcGames survive...oh wait, I know how, from the microtransactions of their other games =)
Tell you what..... We can play something else..... Since truth or dare might be inappropriate here, I will suggest something else..... "I spy with my little eye, something beginning withhhhhh ...... G.B."
"we have to shut it off guys, we need to fix zen shop, we need to satisfy the paying customers" Meanwhile, the paying customers: FFS! Another hour?! Why am I even giving money to those guys?

well, being addicted to MMOs doesn't mean you will keep paying for a bad MMO. it's always nice to make a fresh start in something new if this one sinks ;)
Man... people gotta chill out. If you like the game, have some patience... without that things will never get done. These people are all "Oh I am never playing the game again" just wow. JUST... wow.
We will perform server maintenance on 05/11 from 15:00 to 23:00 CET. the problem is that at 11 pm he will write at midnight and so on why not give a timetable?
2-3 weeks ago ı had a bug and mail it, they said "yes you are right, you had a bug but we dont fix it because we do not have direct control or influence in game". So if fact about zen they easily direct...

I think that waiting for more than 1/3 of a day (over 6 hours) is enough patience. you might be free all day every day but other people have jobs and have limited free time. This maintenance screwed about half the player base if we assume that the other half is asleep during this maintenance...and it's all for the sake of one shop, not even the game. they do not give a damn about the game itself, never have.
right player in about ten minutes time there will be another hour added, apologize for the disruption may have been caused and again thank you for your patience, Thought I'd say it for them looks like they need all the help they can get lol
