PC is now unlocked. Players will still see the Zen value flicker between old and new values after a purchase but will display the correct value. A final fix will be available in a future patch.

Maintenance for PC is ongoing due to incorrect Zen values after making a purchase in the Zen Market. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide additional updates when available.

As the Masquerade was supposed to end at 10am and Last Chance vendor was supposed to be in-game at finale of Masquerade, are you extending such time to allow players to complete bounties? or will there be some other form of recompense?

Why does it take this long to tell us why it it's taking so long you should have more respect for players.....
As this is the last day of Masquerade, is there going to be an extension for the PC gamers to finalize our day? Otherwise, all the past days' questing and efforts are for nothing.

I'm sure that getting up and running again and sorting out the Zen issues was their primary focus. I just hope they extend the Masquerade so that my efforts this week will not have been in vain.

'ey, what did you expect? ArcGames is a Chinese company, money comes first, do you think they care about the quality of services? If they did then you wouldn't see companies like Tencent buying stocks from already established companies to make a quick $ and you would see them making a good game instead. It is what it is. Probably a solid idea in the future to NOT give the CM a day off on a patch/maintenance day for this very obvious reason
It was 4pm when the maintenance started for me.... now it's almost 12 am.... you literally spent 1/3 of A DAY on maintenance for the zen shop when you could've just disabled it and let us play while you are fixing it. that is a load of bull. I call 'em as I see 'em

never did he ask once for an hand out. folks have put time and effort in , for this event and for what exactly?? to be pushed aside its not the players fault the server needs fixing that's down to the studios they made the game if they cant keep a promise don't make a game. so at least the company can do is honour the time back to players its that simple.

That's understandable but shouldn't someone else step up and advise the community? No one expected any issues because there was no patch notes. Twitter said there was a build issue, there was no patch/ patch notes on a build!

Who said it will take 10 - 20 hours? Nobody has stated exactly how long it will take, because they don't know. They are working on it. Nobody is lying to you. You are making too many assumptions and taking them as fact.
