    We're looking into it, but in the meantime, it may be worth changing your launcher settings so that the "Gameplay Proxy" is set to "None" - that might address it if I'm guessing correctly.

    I tried none,us,and eu. No proxy change helped.

    same problem... Smells like DDOS again. Only time this has happened for me was back when that one goofball was unhappy after a mod and was attacking the servers.

    This is happening to me, and none of the Proxy changes works (I already have mine set to none, by default). It's not just affecting Neverwinter... it's affecting other Cryptic games as well, as far as I can see.

    EDIT: The game launcher can update automatically without problem; however the launcher won't log into the game at all.

    As far as we're aware, this issue isn't widespread, so it's taking a bit longer to try to track it down.

    If folks don't mind, would you DM me the ISP you're using? (Please not anything personally-identifying like IP address, just the ISP, maybe the general region)

    Same. The worst part is that I was in, got pulled away to help my wife with something, timed out and can't get back in.
