so... how "not wide" is the problem ?? i see ppl from different sides of the world using different ISP having the problem? will we be able to play soon or naw?
This whole server disconnect and unable to authenticate the server has been intermittent (for me at least) since the extended maintenance occurred on May 29th. I let it slide because well, while being disconnected doing literally anything is bloody annoying, i could usually log back in.

Game proxy already set to none. "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out." error for 2 hours now roughly. 6 attempts to log into NW, 4 attempts on STO, all get same.

Belatedly - The tracerts in this thread helped us track down the issue (thanks a ton!), and we think it's resolved on the back-end as of ~5 minutes ago. There are DNS shenanigans involved, so it may take a little bit for the fix to propagate.
not sure if this is related but i logged in this morning (australia) and the game was jerky like it had a bigger delay then the usual aussie lag, ISP is telstra
