Some great fixes there.. CR gate and Kabal chain fixes for example, but....
The fix for the 4-minute delay in the Martikov Merchants is nice, but does it apply to both HEs - the one south of the bridge, and the one north of the village?
The fixes to Tiamat are nice, but with the changes to the queues, we are seeing more inexperienced people run Tiamat, and sometimes it bugs when someone crosses the line too early. IT would be nice to get a fix to that.
Finally, we really would like to know if the Apocalypse set is WAI or bugged - is it meant to be a "worse than useless" gag set (as it debuffs you, instead of the enemy), or is it just a simple bug?

Also the other thing I *thought* was ODD. I have a Moderate Thunderhead Enchantment that had not previously ever noticed the Rank 8 enchantment displaying as Rank 12 Trans; at least until today despite that it was claimed to have FIXED the issue, it actually introduced it for my Pally. My Pally's armor now has lightning all around it rather than the faint glow it used to have. Perplexed?
So I had been hopefull since they claimed to address some of the VFX issues since MOD 14. It be nice to see more VFX get FOCUS along with FPS (Frames Per Sec) issues effecting many since MOD 14. Yet it clearly looks like they need to get a TEAM on this & the instance issues beyond just the perhaps one DEVS they had on it...
Hopefully the instance issue is further troubleshooted, and maybe we'll see the claimed patches resolved next time?

nice that the instance transfer got reported as fixed seeing as i am still experiencing the problem makes me wonder if the fix was tested at all before the patch notes were released
How about fixing the Insignia bonuses! I spent a lot of AD buying them and now after expansion they don't give bonus. And still after patches you release, still no fix for the Insignia.....

I have this problem with magistrates insignia bonus... it won't proc with my weapon enchantments... well it pros with vorpal but won't proc when I use stealth for critical hits... only non stealth critical count...

I can confirm that it is not fixed. Happens to me, too, although at a rate of 100%.

Can offer further confirmation. Spend a good deal of time in Barovia this morning, this bug happened 100% of the time I was there.
Also, both Merchant HEs in Barovia are still bugged. Unless 3-4 minutes is considered a reasonable spawn time by the devs. Personally I disagree with that definition.

Yes, you cannot switch to a party member's instance unless they are in one of the 2 or 3 instances you see.. The workaround is to use your VIP signpost to get out of Barovia and then go back in, but this is annoying.
Also, yes, you still have to wait annoyingly long at the merchant HEs after reaching 12/16.
I don´t get it! You had beta testers for mod 14 and everything seems to work fine. But after release there are massive of buggs to be fixed and you only fix those who you "think" are the right for the game. Everything else leaves behind and maybe, maybe gets an update.
I guess i was too late to the "instances in Bavoria are working properly" party... when i logged in to play again yesterday, it just looked like the patch did nothing.
And the same goes for the merchants, in one case i think the HE failed at 12/16 with both merchants alive and before the timer actually ran out... another player in the area said "i thought they had fixed the shes with this patch?!" and i could only agree with him.
One more thing, was anything changed with the regular enemies in Bavoria? It feels like this patch has improved their "stats" a lot... i'm really having problems with my DC right now, and it wasn't that bad for this character before this patch.
I do believe in killing the messenger...

I only did one merchant HE last night. The rest of 4 did come out right the way. I was surprised (I got used to be waiting and forgot about the patch) and thought I could take a short break.
