These were mentioned in the bugfix thread, but fixed elsewhere.
[fixed] Feytouched enchantment is not granting a damage buff to the user on ranks that deal an area of effect burst.
[fixed] Feytouched enchantment has its cooldown extended when used by Icy Terrain (CW encounter) and Pillar of Power (SW encounter), even if it was already on cooldown.
[fixed] Feytouched enchantment cannot proc weapon damage hits on daily powers.
[info] Certain powers will remove the Feytouched enchantment buff early if it is activated with those powers.
[info] Certain powers will damage the user when used with Feytouched enchantment.
[info] Certain powers do not proc the Feytouched enchantment, extend the cooldown, or proc it without an icon.

Good to know about the bookmark feature, though.
I'd like to point out an issue with that note you put in saying "This wasn't included in the bugfix thread. I am including this because reasons... don't ask silly questions".
My guess is its intended to apply to the clump of fixes directly under it and not litterally everything under it but its hard to tell where that clump actually ends. It might be worth seperating that clump out a little better so people can see where the list of bugs actually mentioned on the thread begains again.
I sugest taking that clump and moving it to the bottom of the list instead of having it bisect the entire buglist in the middle like that.

I tested around with your post and it seems you're one of the affected that cannot use any coding at all. This is a known bug with Vanilla that has plagued our forums for a while. We're beginning to compile a new list of Vanilla Forum related issues soon and this will be on that list.
