Highlights

Random Queues
General
  • Private Queues once again properly require 1,000 lower Total Item Level to enter, relative to their Public Queue counterpart.
  • Random leveling dungeon queues now properly show a consistent requirement message.
  • Refinement Points won't show up in a list of dungeon rewards if there are 0 RP awarded.
  • Svardborg now properly shows an error message if the character does not meet the Everfrost Resistance requirement.
  • The account-wide unlock for Demogorgon now specifies that it unlocks the Master queue.

Refinement Update
General
  • Artifact Equipment tutorial quest has been adjusted to work with the current iteration of Refinement.
  • Dread Ring text has been adjusted to work with the current iteration of Refinement.
  • The interactable area on the Artifact Rank bar is now bigger.

Content and Environment
General
  • Theft of the Crown: Minor polish-y updates have been made to this quest.
Events
  • The new fashion items introduced in the 2017 run of Masquerade of Liars now have appropriate icons, rather than Summer fashion icons.

Combat and Powers
Classes and Balance
  • Devoted Cleric: Geas is once again properly affected by control resistance and immunity.
  • The responsiveness of the Guardian Fighter Block and Oathbound Paladin Sanctuary powers has been improved.
  • Trickster Rogue: Lurker's Assault should no longer potentially cause the character's stealth bar to become stuck until logout.
    • This change affects the way the game "predicts" how much stealth the player has, so if any strange issues are observed, we'd love to know.
  • Trickster Rogue: Shadowy Disappearance now consistently triggers effects that look for Encounter powers.
Companions
  • The Legendary companion bonus should no longer occasionally fall off.
Enchantments and Enhancements
  • Feytouched now properly works as described. Hopefully. There were a lot of issues reported in this thread.
    • Known issue: For a short period after applying Feytouched to a weapon, its bonuses are doubled. This will very likely be fixed later, so strategies built off re-slotting these will be rendered obsolete.
Mounts
  • Arcane Whirlwind: This mount's combat power now properly respects control resistance and immunity.
  • Flail Snail: This mount's combat power now properly respects control resistance and immunity.
PvP
  • Strategist Gear: The "Stunning Encore" effect now gives up to 10 stacks of power for 10 seconds.
  • Strategist Gear: The "Stunning Encore" effect no longer has an "extra attack" mechanic.

Items and Economy
General
  • Fireburst Enchantments (Armor enhancement) now read consistently throughout the ranks.
  • Helmite Dye pack now states its colors of gold, silver, and charcoal gray, rather than "muted blues and greys."
  • Pure Plague Fire Enhancement: The doubled-up "X% damage dealt reduction" has been addressed - The 1% value was correct, and the 3% value has been removed.
  • Various minor text issues have been addressed.

User Interface
Character Select
  • When buttons are disabled, the font should also be more clearly disabled.
Character Sheet
  • Companions tab: When swapping
Chat
  • Social chat messages should no longer be pushed out of the buffer by combat log entries.
Inventory
  • When dragging and dropping an item from the Character Sheet onto an item for the same slot in the inventory, it will now warn the player if that item would bind, rather than binding without a warning.
Manage Enchantments
  • It should now be a little more difficult to accidentally destroy Enchantments.

Character Art, Animation, and Visual Effects
Character
  • Clipping issues on various items have been resolved.
  • The following mounts no longer scale with the size of the character who summons them:
    • Strider, Armored Strider, Axe Beak, Armored Axe Beak, Deinonychus, Spiked Blue Deinonychus
Animation
  • Firebreathing: This emote now properly shows up in the emote list if the character qualifies to use it.
  • Hunter Ranger: In character creation, the ranger no longer freezes once drawing her bow.
  • Juggle: This emote now properly shows up in the emote list if the character qualifies to use it.
  • Morlanth's Shroud now hides some of its cloth pieces while the player is on a mount.
  • New emotes "Heart_Shape" and "Sleep_on_Floor" are now temporarily available for selection / use on NeverwinterPreview.
  • River Snipper Crab: This enemy no longer shrinks while using its Flurry power.
  • Sun Bear's jaw no longer incorrectly stretches when using certain attacks.
  • Yuan-ti no longer casually stab themselves in the face while moving in combat.

Audio
General
  • Birds are no longer quite as jubilant around Camp Vengeance in Soshenstar River.
  • The Quasit companion should no longer play human male "jump" grunt sounds.
  • Witch's Fen: One of the gates should no longer have a chance of repeatedly looping until the player closes and reopens the game.

Localization
General
  • All localized voice-over audio is now hooked up to new Module 12b content.
  • The second localization pass has been made for the French, German, Italian, and Russian locales.

    We can't still buy Pioneer equipment in Chult for other classes.

    A new campaign is added, where players are mistakenly turned into game pieces for a diabolical game... run by a mysterious "R. N. Geezus". It also features the Auction House Storeroom Raid and the Neverwinter Royal Treasury dungeon.

    What riches await us in the next module?

    (Also, all Feytouched bugs mentioned in Sylux's Feytouched Buglist were fixed in the preview patch. I was poking fun of how vague the notes were).

    Can you explain this to me? If someone lets say was 14,000k iL and wanted to play with someone that is 12,800 iL, that couldn't happen?

    @theguiido if a public queue has a requirement of, let say, 7400IL then in private mode it will ask for 6400IL (1000 less)

    For those who were curious about the QM change, I tested 5x QM R14 and got the same enchants in the same proportion as you'd get by opening the bags at 10.5 or 11%.
    Is this fixed? I want to know because i'm thinking of refining my Quartermasters once the uptade hit the Dragon Server, but i want to be sure it's working.

    Thanks for the info! I really hope they do as you suggest or at least put new rewards for higher levels of QM, because there's no point going beyond rank 12 otherwise.

    I'm the one who tested this and I agree, there is absolutely no point to going even above R10s, unless you only play for very short periods. I personnally have 2xR12s always equipped and just add a few R8s from my alts to reach the threshold when opening.
