Zephyr, quite a few of our guild are hit with the boot up glitch, including myself. I'll be re-downloading and installing and hoping not to encounter this glitch again. If i'm not online, or its a little quiet, its as quite a few of us are going through installation again.

@Zephyriah is there a special method or rule for assigning swords and gauntlets?
What criteria the alliance is based off, voting and so on.
No rule or voting but it was discussed among the officer's of Somewhat Serious since the alliance is based on our vision of how one should work. We/I chose to make all the initial decisions to get it setup. As we go forward there will be a "Guild Council" of one member of each guild who has authority to make decisions. This council will set any additional rules, control placement of guilds in some situations and any other things not covered in the OP. One guild, One vote will be used.
For our initial set up, I based it on activity, size, ease of contact/communication and enthusiasm and ignored GH rank. So, two of the swords, Trample and Knights of the Abyss are larger guilds that can and do field 30+ players online, but I wanted a smaller one too. Common Cause as the first member to join was given as a bonus an option to get a sword if they recruited a gauntlet. They did and were given sword. The swords are expected to assist their gauntlets, maybe not with donations at this point, but advice and activities.
In the future, every guild will have the opportunity to move up as opportunities arise. Those things we used to start will not be the ones used in the future. When we step down as Helm at GH20, the new Helm will be the highest Guildhall Rank, even if it is a gauntlet, that's our commitment to the alliance. Some swords or even gauntlets may decide to leave or Helm their own alliance and all is good. If a sword leaves, so do their gauntlets. The gauntlets can leave the sword and we will take them back into the alliance if they do it immediately.

Thank you for clarification, I have to make it clear for the players in the guild as well since question been asked. The only difference a helm, sword or gauntlet can have is building cost reduction. Where it make sense to chose guilds with more players as part of the alliance, it doesn't make sense in the other hand giving them higher rank for there number of players. Specially when difference between the cost of low rank building is almost 50% for every rank.
We prefer being a social guild with less people online clearing all pve contents in the game as well as competitive in pvp, rather than having 200 players none knows another that barely can run GH dragon or two. Or even level up the guild to match the lower pop guild.
That being said every guild member in my guild is capped on fangs, fallen banners, as well as guild marks. If we are people that after anything specific we wouldn't care for any of this instead we will join the alliance get benefit of the market and than leave simply because that is what the benefit of being part of this alliance is going to provide us. But from day one we were open and honest with what we are looking for as well as who we are.
For us as a guild we feel it is unfair call, and though things can looks different in the future we still feel that forging an alliance is for the long term and the same way we play effectively we plan effectively.
Though joining the alliance for now wouldn't make us lose anything but win the gear. We still prefer to be without that pixel gear if the alliance isn't for long term.
We didn't ask to be a sword and we aren't demanding it now, but it just feels unstable grounds. For this we are considering to drop out the alliance. I want to make sure we have 0 bad feelings toward the alliance or the members of alliance, And me mentioning lower guild is nothing personal against any of these guilds that are granted a higher rank.
We would like as Wiping as Intended to wish you a great playing time as well as prosperous alliance no matter if we are part of it or not.

I have sent invites to Common Cause, Trample and Knights of the Abyss and they have all accepted invite and are set in Sword positions. Common Cause have also invited Destroy All Monsters and Gods of Neverwinter. Who should the others invite.

Hawk has his list. Envy and Blood Syndicate that he recruited. Wiping as intended was his as well until a few minutes ago when they left. Trample I left open for the ones I hoped to finish today.

days Download completed but now the ce-38612-0 error. I have to wait it out or redownload the whole game. With the speed I've been getting today that will be 12 or more hours.
Keep me up to date with who Trample is inviting as I have to pass it on to my officer while my game fixes.

No problem I misspelled it anyway, missed an "s". It is House Ordos.
I will let my officer know anyways this patch is saying 90 mins and going up on me
Went through that yesterday. It took 7 hours for patch and that bugged 2,6 GB, but less than 3 hours to download the whole game 14GB and it worked fine. It made no sense.
Zeph add my PSN: Allinium it will be easy communication for us. I also would like to get more in depths about dragon runs and so on. I would also appreciate if all guild leaders would add me as well. I feel like now that we have a few guilds in that getting to know eachother will be a good start.
I will be on tonight after work which is around 330pm pdt. My gameplan tonight is to have my guild doing reg demo runs and seal farm for people. Possibly a few dragonflight runs. I would like to try a 4 dragon run. I should have a decent amount of my guild on and talking to all the leaders and going drom there would be great.
Also would you like me to look into recruiting other gauntlet guilds as a sword because I could have the potential to do that and will work on it if anything.
I really want this alliance to work and make a productive and better experience in Neverwinter for everyone. Obviously everyone should focus on their own guilds but having a friendly alliance that all can enjoy eachother will be great
