Bought onyx pack and got nothing. Also bought race re roll and after I got first time pack it said I'd get another character slot and still I only have 2. Someone please help
The Onyx pack you get from the rewards vendor while in game. The character slot is a bug (Will be fixed in the first maintenance supposedly this Tuesday)
- I also found a few bugs since last afternoon (that wrong time on the clock bug drives me nuts still!). One is in the first dungeon (The Cloak Tower?) the second boss appears to agro on you before triggering the fight. When you kick down the door the boss is already running around like a maniac chasing some imaginary Squirrel. (please dont' fix this one though as it is hilarious considering the boss cutscene zooms in on where he should be standing and often he's just randomly running around in the background)
- I also was frozen by a wizard in Neverdeath graveyard, and for some reason the game would not unfreeze me from the spell BUT.. because I am an oathbound paladin I had that HP overshield on and nothing could kill me so I was frozen in place for about a minute until the game hard locked (Froze up entirely). I could still drop back to the Playstation XMB. To fix it I hard closed the game (Hold PS button, close application).
- I somehow managed to get all 6 invocations yesterday (I had off from work) and was questing during the 6th. After I invoked the 6th time the invocation screen kept randomly popping up during combat every so often(like 1-2 minutes) until I changed areas.
- And the more obvious and obnoxious bug.. The game keeps telling me I am injured or taking damage when I am clearly not (considering I am sometimes just standing in town looking through my inventory) - Another bug I noticed was that "bound" ID scrolls I got from my VIP cache that said usable on items level 29 or less could still be used on items level 30+

I am unable to invoke for over a hour and a half now. my main character Dansityr is unable to collect invoke stuffs, when he invokes the screen goes grey with no text box like normal saying the rewards. other characters on the account are unaffected. Edit. So 6 hrs later...my invoke magically works again. Thanks I guess.

It seems that if you close the game with the PS4 "options button then 'close app'" function that when you try to log back into the game it allows you as far as selecting your character then locks up on the following loading screen. The only fix I found was a full re-install...which is a pain in the <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> when it needs to download everything again.
EDIT: It seems this is just a problem affecting Helm's Hold.

if you save in helms hold the game freezes when you try to log back in. it gets stuck on the loading screen when you try to log in with your character.

Thank you Captain! I had just realized this was the issue, and had come here to edit my post. I realized this was the issue because I was able to log into my Alt Character, in another location, and then "change character" to get to my main. I hope they fix this issue.

The Issue with the In-Game Clock is very disturbing to my OCD. I had to actually set my PS4 TimeZone to UTC+4 (Abu Dhabi) to get the time to display correctly. I am in the UTC -5 EST (East Coast USA) timezone. I really hope they fix this quickly...as I said my OCD is making me change timezones whenever I play, and then change it cak when I am done playing so that the "normal" PS4 clock is correct outside of the game.

There seems to be some serious issues with pvp as well. Hp values are much higher than they should be for most people but then all of a sudden it switches back to pve hp values for some people but not others, meaning we die in 2 seconds.
Someone constantlyspams 3W.CHEAPNW.COM during game claiming to sell thousands of Astral Diamonds for cash really cheap, they spam every few seconds in chat log in the main city enclave where Sergeant Knox is, now their spam constantly appears in extremely large text on other parts of screen & it distracts me & others from enjoying the game, can something be done to stop this constant spam ? .. i notice others are annoyed by this also
I think the issue in my earlier post may be an issue with pseudo levelling as players seem to have normal pve health when they hit the last level in the pvp bracket e.g. 19, 29, 39 etc
as i said, i've started seeing the spammer text top right of screen in huge text also, not just in chat log, i agree it's way out of hand & affects our enjoyment of the game, can more be done to stop the spam please ? ..no doubt they're by-passing something cos today i've seen the spam in chat log AND top right of screen in HUGE letters
i'm still having trouble logging in, when i click on either character, the loading screen freezes & can't log in at all, it's been like this for a while now today
There is an issue with Artifact Weapons/Offhands. Currently when you attempt to buy a new power the game will crash, it does however purchase the new random power however, so it's still possible to make use of the feature its just the constant crashing after each attempt to get the power you want is annoying lol
Just found another bug, When attempting to upgrade an Enchantment from Rank 8 to 9 the game crashes. Have only attempted this on a Negation Enchantment, so I'm unsure if it apply's to that one only or all rank 8-9 upgrades.
and now i can't log in after logging out on helms hold. unlike most people i dont have that much time to play. so its kinda making me mad that i am not allowed to log in. specially now that i have the chance to make a guild.
Hello i have 2 bugs to report: 1st is the queueing systems and invites to. It shuts down the PS4 version for some reason. I did create a new char and played to the first skirmish and then it works fine. I play with some friends and they don't have problems at their queuing system. 2nd Bug is at the Guild Area if you go to some i dont know what they are looks like "towers" . If you inspect the signs to build there the game crashes.
I purchased 5800 Zen through the Playstation Store, but none of it was transferred to my Neverwinter account on PS4. This has been making me very nervous as none of the money that I have spent is refundable, and I do not want to have spent that much money for nothing at all. Will this Zen be transferred to my PS4 account?
I've purchased legendary dragonborn and Northern pack and yet in game I can't choose dragonborn nor did I received any packs in-game. Please help or refund. On PlayStation 4
