    Ok, first i guess!
    so, 30 minutes ago i was logged into arc and neverwinter patched, of course when try to log in i got time out, then i ge out neverwinter and arc
    now i see the post that is back online and went into arc and i can't even enter acr, it times out to confirm user name and password...

    Same issue. Won't connect to arc so I can launch game so it can patch.

    Same here. Was actually in game, bought some Zen, it wasnt showing up so I tried to relog. Now it wont let me back in.

    There is a known issue where, if you accept more than one of the Elemental Artifact Weapon quests, you will not be able to make progress on any of them (except possibly the last one you picked up). In order to work around this, drop each of the Elemental Artifact Weapon quests, then accept only the one you'd like to make progress on.

    We've got a potential fix in the works and plan to get it into the next build.

    I can log into arc on the website but it keeps timing out trying to log in. I want to play darn it!

    We're aware of the problems with Arc login. We've identified the issue and are working on a fix.

    I didn`t get the 6th bag slot, I still have only 5. I tried changing characters, logging in and out but it didn`t get fixed. Then I bought a new Runic Bag of Holding thinking that by double clicking it, it will get equiped by itself, but unfortunately the bag disapreared and I didn`t receive the inventory slots from the bag when I tried equipping it. So, I just lost a Runic Bag of Holding when I tried to equip it.

    can't apply the 15% off companion to the grazilak (sp?) bundle. when I double click the coupon it shows the discount, but when I hit purchase it won't allow me to apply it.

    my artifact offhand, with the 'double refinement' tag, is not getting double refinement.

    If your off-hand has been upgraded to at least blue quality, it should grant 2xRP when you put it into a different weapon (so actually 4x into an off-hand, due to the match bonus). Is that what you're saying is not happening?

    (It does not mean you get 2xRP for putting things into it.)

    I don't see any Grimoire of the Loyal X on the AH, which makes me suspect these were not added to SCA.

    Daily dungeon key not working. Have completed the dungeon with key in my backpack twice today now, and still can't loot the dungeon chest. (That's one of the three characters I've done this on. Worked on two, doesn't work on the third one.)
