i did it!!!!!! use google translate and be smart and youll be able to do it in less than 5 mins. btw the key code you redeem is the bloe thing you can click with a key on it. and the email is required thats why you gotta register.BUT IT ONLY WORKS ON THE RUSSIAN SERVER NOT ON DRAGON. i only play on dragon....

June 4th, I double-checked and suddenly there were 24 keys available! So I got the Burning Soul title. Woo Hoo! Kept checking it since - and today, July 4th - it had 23 keys to give away. I tried again, hoping I'd get a different title, but it said that I had already redeemed a code.
So, I believe they must give 30 days and then post the un-redeemed keys on the 4th of the month. So anyone who still could use the Burning Soul title - as of this writing there are 23 available at http://lorehound.com/game/neverwinter/?page=beta. Maybe if they all get used up, they'll cycle to the next element, so enjoy.

I emailed back Lorehound on this issue, and submitted a ticket to Cryptic. It claims there are 24 keys left, BUT I ran into the "expired" problem as well. It may be worth getting one anyhow if they can be made to work. Up to you.

I just took the 21st Key and I went to redeem it and got an expired code message. Like dragoness10 I submitted a ticket with Arc.
I do not expect anything to be resolved by my efforts.

So I got a response regarding the Lorehound giveaway. It seems that EVERY ONE OF THE Keys has expired. I was told that by CS... with nothing other than a "sorry for the inconvenience".
I replied with a "How can it expire when it was made 1 minute before I used it?"
I also asked for a better answer than it is expired... sorry. If the offer expired then they need to revisit the site and have them remove the giveaway.

The Lorehound giveaway is done. I was told by CS that the offer expired on 6.30.2015. I suggested that the next time they ask that the provider post an end date of the giveaway.

So I tried to get the Renegade Illusionist (Companion) and other stuff code they said today 8/31 it was aviable in ARC. But I go to the site link and they been out for a while. WTF is this some kind of sick joke?
I got the code from mmosite but you it is gives you the renegade illusionist (if you already have you got nothing). and you can get this companion with "fbyjhbue" redeemable code, so it is a useless giveaway from mmosite.

I always set "results in last 24 hour" in search engine and I do it every day. On last week I won 1100 zen from mmogames's contest because I found that in google.

Maybe I'm a derp, but I did this and clicked "redeem" but then nothing seemed to happen, just says I redeemed the voucher. Now what?
The Razer one I have a code, but not sure what I do with it. I'm either having a bad day and just missing the instructions, or I simply don't know what to do.
Open up your arc client, click on the button up in the upper left corner that looks like a 'V' next to the arc logo. Go down to 'redeem code', paste the code there. If it comes up as invalid, try logging all the way out, then logging back in.
The Ocular thing seems to be for all characters also, as I have the email on every char. The Sun Mask keeps regenerating in my email also, as i have it on 6-7 chars now too (nobody else mentioned this though...U dont know).
