Unable to Authenticate

:( Server is back online and I am still getting--- Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out--

I know it is the right pass and stuff using arc to log in.. is there any ETA on fixing this issue :(

    I already reported it and said I was having the same issue even when people were able to login but they asked me to wait servers are up again. Here I'll post screenshot.

    This time it took the whole PC with it. Rebooted and verifying files again.

    As of 2:29 pm Pacific time, still down, or at least unable to authenticate, even though server status shows "up".

    I can log in and play.
    And want to buy a paladin pack on zen market, waiting for my zen nearly 2 weeks.

    Yeah, not fixed. Mine authenticates but just getting gameclient.exe crashes again and again and again.

    Mine lets me launch but crashes as soon as it gets to the character select screen

    the one thing we know for sure is there is no ETA for fixing p-world or arc there definitely becoming gamers comunitys largest jokes

    I restarted my computer, I cant verify files because it wont let me log in.. --- Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out --- is all I get on both of my computers.

    I am getting really PISSED at this I can login but cant load the dang GAME WITHOUT CRASHING IT IS CRYTICS FAULTY BECAUSE IT BRINGS UP THEIR STUFF FIX THIS NOW OR I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT PLAYS THE GAME TO STOP PLAYING IT

    Am currently applying for administration position am overly qualified Qualifications proof.(cryptic your fired) this authentication fail is loads of your fired ! fired! FIRED! quit trying to host a game site u suck at it fail FIRED!

    now the cryptic laiuncher is even failing to load so it can then fail too authenticate just light a match burn this house of cards

    I submitted a ticket, but for now i guess i will go play a diffrent game. :( I really like neverwinter but if i cant play.. I don't have another choice..

    Moderator sent a post on another thread which is already a known issue from preview. Let's see how long it's gonna take till they acknowledge the issue.

    I am having the same problem : Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out
    No matter what i do it just show's that , sent a ticket but i'm still waiting , i guess i'll go on another game too .

    3:13 server time (6:13 Eastern) still unable to authenticate.

    But then, I filed 14 or so reports on bots <removed> Guild and others while in Sharandar over the span over a couple of weeks and yet every day I see the bots. So if they can't do something simple like remove the bots (and everything they've posted, and IP ban them), why should I expect they will have their servers running.

    And since they've also moved on to stealing content ideas from other games (note: DDO launched Reign of Elemental Evil today, which was in the works before Neverwinter's Elemental Evil...oh and DDO's servers are up and people are getting to enjoy the new content), it kind of makes you wonder why we're all still here, doesn't it?

    cant get past the authenticator, says cant authenticate and want to know what file to delete to make it possible to resolve the reset of the program

    I've tried flushing dns and using proxy but didn't help. If someone finds a solution please say here!

    Back to playing Neverwinter the issue is clearing up it seems. The other game was boring anyways ... Hope it fixes for you all as well. :cool:

    I've passed this along. All I can suggest is to power cycle your modem(s), router(s), and computer(s) then try again.

    I don't know what are we supposed to do... Should we just spam new threads? It's obvious mods are online and know about the issue. Is it too much to ask for an update?
