I decided today to sell one of my 11 Dragonforged Lockboxes through the app on my iPhone.
So I set it up, made sure it said ONE, and for 1 Astral diamond.
....
The application put all ELEVEN on sale for an astral diamond, and I was screwed, as it was sold in game in literally a split second.
This is not the first time it has done this.
I chose to sell a lockbox, but it put up a ring I owned instead, and it was sold.
*sigh*
Needless to say, I lost a ring an 11 lockboxes to this application. And yes, I did double check it before I hit the Sell button.
I suggest people be careful and not use this to sell items from.
ADD:
I put this as a Bug Report, because something isn't right in selling. If I say I want to sell 1 in a stack, it resets it back to the full amount of that stack as soon as I hit the Sell button to put it on the AH.

There is no application, only a web portal accessed through an ordinary browser, and Cryptic won't accept any responsibility if you're using a third party program that bills itself as a Gateway app.

There are no official apps for the Gateway. Any that may exist are a breach of the Terms of Service and EULA, both in existence and use. Using them may compromise your account. Report such violations to Support or a Moderator instead.
The only official way to access the Gateway is through a reputable and secure browser on a trusted and secured network by going to https://gateway.playneverwinter.com/

I will say that Gateway did post completely the wrong item on an auction of mine once or twice, just using it normally in Firefox. That might have been as much as a year ago though. It happened to others, as I think Ianthewizard created a bug thread about it and others including myself chimed in. Like I said, it's not a bug I've heard about in a long time.
Posting the wrong quantity is something it does once in a while as well, though when it's happened to me, I think it's because the quantity reset when I tabbed to the search to double-check unit prices, and I didn't notice. That's another one I've seen reported here and there but not consistently or with a lot of detail.
I only access Gateway using a desktop PC because Gateway is horribly fiddly and slow on my mobile and I don't have a tablet device. I'd speculate that people using mobile devices may experience more problems with the interface than computer users.

I clicked on the link that came in an official e-mail, taking me to a website on my iphone using Safari with the link you gave. I know this is the correct one as it has everything as I can get to on my pc.
And thank you becky for that information. I won't be using the Gateway on my iPhone anymore.

You may have better results if your device has the ability to display the site in "Desktop" mode, which is called different things per device/browser. Basically, you don't want it to show you a mobile version of the site. For instance, on my Kindle's default browser, I have a right-pane option drop down that has a checkmark for "Request Desktop Site." Which will reload it in desktop mode.
