Gateway Down?

Getting 404 from gateway. Maybe they are updating their SSL cert.

    There is some issue with SSL certificate, looks like site not providing it at all atm. This is required only for login, if you logged in earlier and stay logged in - it's performs normally until logout. ;)

    I am similarly experiencing an issue with getting to the Gateway.

    Hi

    I'm experiencing the same problem on my Google Chrome browser. Can't access the website at all. Did anybody else try it on other browsers like Firefox and/or Safari to see if it works?

    I really need for the Gateway website to be up soon because I need to Invoke otherwise my coins will be lost. I'm currently at 6/7.

    When can we expect for the Gateway to be back up and running?

    I doubt Akro would of taken the time to post a detailed method to continue to use the gateway mere days before they take it down. Granted, recent trends have been...disturbing. But its not yet enough for me to think all the rumors are true. For all we know they have it down to apply the cert.

    That the login doesn't works doesn't mean that gateway is down - it's not. ;)

    You cannot, but that doesn't mean that it was closed or taken down. Only people with an active session can use gateway right now.

    Yes, if you were logged in, you can still be logged in. If you needed to start a new session, you're SOL.

    I cannot believe the mind bleaching horror that is doing my full leadership lineup IN GAME. My mind goes numb every time that little sea of grey boxes comes up.

    Is Gateway working now for anybody? I still can't access it. To those who can, could they please show how they accessed it? I've been reading around and learned that some people were able to log in already.

    I think it's only up for people who haven't logged out or closed their browser since it went down. Current sessions aren't closed out but you can't start one.

    Here too. I usually only use the gateway with my mac when I'm not at home with my PC. Neverwinter isn't available on macs (Someone's gotta fix this. It's really limiting their users as most people I know use Macs exclusively.) I've tried logging in with both Safari and Firefox but both won't load:

    This is what I get from Firefox:
    The connection was interrupted

    The connection to gateway.playneverwinter.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web

    Bit off topic but you can run it on a mac with wine/playonmac

    It's the same thing linux users do to play windows games.

    The webpage at gateway.playneverwinter.com might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    Likely this is just a fallout of them getting the certificate situation straightened out. Sometimes (if it's done correctly/on time/say before the certificate(s) expire) it's not an issue. Who knows what all they are having to do/undo now...

    My obsessive refreshing just gave me the security warning again, so it's not fixed-fixed, but it is accessible for the moment.
