I'm glad to hear that astral seal was fixed. TBH, I didn't think that it was a problem; the lag I've experienced has been 'normal-horrible' for me in any Cryptic game that has a lot of action going on, whether I'm using Astral Seal or not. However, the one time I tried Bastion of Health, the instance just slowed to a crawl. Could be a coincidence because there were other DC's in the fight, and maybe there was Burning Guidance proccing all over. .
It wasn't fixed per say, just bandaided. And you are right in that it's not AS itself, it's all the healing getting done. AS just happens to make a lot of heal ticks from all the players and thus lots of bg. That's why BG needs to be disabled till they can come up with a proper fix.

You know what else would really help diminish the lag in Tiamat? If people would stop "zerging". The fight wasn't designed that way, and we're all suffering the consequence, with DCs currently taking the brunt of the abuse.

Fine find a way to communicate with 24 other people that don't want to listen and might even not speak the same language. The zerg method was created because it beats herding cats. If you don't want people to zerg we need to be able to form 25 man raid parties.

Closing this up as we won't condone hate-mongering or hysteria, which threads like these bring. I'll say it once, it's not just clerics and its not all clerics either that contribute to this new graphics lag following the hotfix to clerics specifically. The Developers are aware of the performance issues, please just be patient and refrain from ranting, rumor milling, and blaming threads like this. Thanks!

    Safe travels,
