why is my campaign locked

why is my campaign locked when i have the mats.
but can`t click start.
nvm, says something about complete quest marching orders or whatever that is
it`s actualy about the one above the completed one, not next to it
o in different zone ;p
still don`t understand it.
was planning to play this again, but if i need to puzzle no thanks.
don`t have the quest, can`t find the quest.
doing to horrible prequests now ;p

following the wiki with prequests but something is still missing.
not much use to play mod 5 campaigns if i can`t figure this out.
Hazrah Stormhammer has no more quests, did miners settlement as last.

the bow dude has 0 quests for me in what`s the spiderplace called.
shady stuf.
like to play sometimes, but being stuck on this doesn`t help.
all quests i have.
yes even the first sharandar quest again because it became available again but doesn`t work.
did the icespire daily quests needed as prequest.
then i had the cult of the dragon quest as far as i can remember, but no follow up
think it`s safe to say after cult of the dragon it gets bugged, should make free passage available and then the bow dude(thar greenbough) in spiderplace:D hehehe
where are the collected lore shown ? to look if i got the lore from marching orders.
don`t remember doing it, but could have done and then bugged the reuirement for campaign.

EDIT - oh you have a bunch of lvl 60 quests so obviously you are lvl 60 , all you can do is put a ticket in and see if they can see your quest progression and see if you missed something.
FYI, when you get stuck in Whispering Caverns, you probably need to talk to the orc chick in PE first.

kind of unclear with the arrows.
because it shows you don`t need it if you just follow the arrow.
can tell if it was that in 20 hours.
ow needs 3 times 20 hours ;p i guess.

but guess it`s the 3rd thing that needs completed.
it`s just confusing the middle one is connected with an arrow to the one above so thought it wasn`t needed.
gonna watch dragons of camelot now ;p seems to be a nice movie.
still need to watch myself so i won`t sit behind internet all day ;p
nvm that move, it`s bad ;p maybe even worse than hercules.
can`t even bare to watch it ;p
edit: completed all 3 the things beneath it now also. didn`t work either.
so it`s bugged.
didn`t even take that long.
today finaly the questline is showing.
i don`t know if it needed time for the sitting npc or it`s fixed by hand.
i didn`t do any quest between it.
so i`m of doing marching orders now
