I was hoping to get some of the "Powers" to do more damage. Most of them are weak & there's no reason to use them. Maybe make them do something useful other than direct damage/dps?

Are you making full use of your curses and selecting targets to maximize powers that deal damage in a radius? Are you continually upgrading your weapons to the highest base damage available? Weapon damage makes a big difference in feeling underpowered and you don't want to hang on to an outdated one, more than any other single piece of gear.

The problem I see is that the powers of the warlock are somewhat low in damage, or effectiveness. If the powers were beefed up a bit for PvE, I would be quite happy!

I wish TR's were on par with PvE SW's. Just today I did an epic LoL on one of my TR and the end result was SW 13 mil, TR 4 mil. Now the SW was a most skilled player and was legendary and rank 10's where the TR was not yet legendary and only rank 7's and 8's and there was a 2k difference in GS but legendary and 10's would not have evened it out. In fact I came here earlier to see if TT had actually been fixed or not because by the time my TR had 300k damage the SW had 3.3 million and I found that to be quite stunning (and humbling).

I remember a time in dungeons when a TR was low in group damage, but when it came to the bosses/single target, their damage would AT LEAST catch up considerably... such is the state of the game when the "assassin" type class(closest representation anyway) cant assassinate anything anymore.
I hear "learn to play" all the time, but it seems to me that it should be defined as "my class is balanced, except when others beat it, then THAT class is OP"...

Man, don't complain about the SW damage!
I just got my SW to lvl 60. He's still wearing green/blue gear for the most part, with the armor and head from Dread Ring lairs being the only purple gear I have. My best enchantments are R5 and no weapon enchantment at all, and I'm pretty much burning through Dread Ring and Sharandar mobs and bosses with relative ease. There was no point, as I was leveling up, when I didn't feel like the encounters were not easy.
The only problem I have with the SW is that the curse is not very responsive. I have to tap the Tab key a few times to make sure the curse is applied to the target.
I hate dancing with Lady Luck. She always steps on my toes.

Killing Flames is an executioner power. And an encounter. It's hardly the only encounter that hits that hard. And it only hits that hard on targets with less that around 40% hitpoints. Cast it on a target at full health and it barely tickles. This Furylock also has it feated for more damage (Murderous Flames).

Soul Puppets are immune to AoE attacks. Hence 0 damage in the log.

I have no idea why you were doing 0 damage to the 'lock, unless he was buffed to heck. Warlocks are generally squishy, especially Furylocks. Was he sprinting by any chance?

You can see why posts like this without context are worthless. And that's leaving aside the hilarity of a CW calling out any other class as OP.

    Aelar Hawkwind - Archer
Karrin Feywinter - Mistress of Flame
    Errin Duskwalker - Executioner
    Darquess - Soulbinder

I do plenty of DPS without using TT.

And Templocks add passive debuffs to mobs and boost the lifesteal of everyone nearby. On top of healing like a boss if they know what they're doing.
    ACT or didn't happen ;)
No high end group will need you healing nor lifesteal buffs. DCs offer strong debuffs. SWs offer no damage comparable to good HRs, GWFs, CWs,... What do you get from carrying a SW through dungeon in exchange of any other FOTM class?

You're missing out homie... SW are hella fun, even after the TT fix. :)
True that, unfortunally your BiS CN group won't take you to the Dracolich just for the lulz...
As I mentioned before, the TT nerf surely isn't finale.

I would like to see some of you guys playing SW without TT and post the ACT here. Before the patch SWs were AoE monsters and single target boss burners. Let's see what's left. I'd like to see more diversity in classes, but I just don't see SWs fit anywhere atm.
