    It said.. cannot sell and cannot discard.. probably like the other campaign currency that the store version books arent AH-able.
    Cant say for sure tho

    That just means you can't vendor it. Not that you can trust tooltips anyway.

    Based on this I assumed you wanted to know if you could earn the books with sigils and such instead of just getting the books in the skirmish/dungeon.

    According to your other posts though you actually want to know if you can sell the book on the AH after you buy it in the ToD store? the answer to the second question is Yes, you can sell it on the AH after

    The Dragon Forged Steel is one of the three items in the Elements for the Dragonforge Collection

    What the earth is this thing doing in my regular inventory? Belongs to profession inventory.

    They're all classed as treasure. Making the artifact weapon isn't a profession task, it's a campaign task.
