Having to wait 2 weeks to sell zen after every purchase.

We was told there would be a new security measure that makes us wait after we purchase zen on our first payment and I did. The second time I payed for some zen I had to wait another 2 weeks....and now I just bought some more and once again I can't sell it...........

C'mon devs I could understand having to wait the first time but why every single purchase ?????? It gets very annoying, and I have been buying zen since I started the game so not sure why it keeps getting checked.

Really bored now, I rarely spend at all because I have to wait to use it, why cant it just happen the once ? -.-

I don't understand. SELLING ZEN isn't working? It seems to be instant for me.

Basically they are preventing you from offloading the benefits of buying Zen from your character until they are certain the Zen transfer is legit. That will make stolen credit cards a lot harder to exploit. The bad guys typically will buy something with a stolen credit card, then move the goods to another account before the stolen credit card is discovered and the account banned.

So basically all you buy from Zen store will be bound to Account and of course no Zen sales through ZAX.

They should however flag the credit card as good after the first transaction was approved. Not much need to repeat the process.

But I have been buying since I started and I never do it with a different credit card and they have also checked my account after 2 past payments, what else do they want ??? If they thought I was doing something bad in some way then I'm sure they would have found out by now instead of thinking "Oh look some guy spent a low £5, lets check to see if its legit even though we have already checked twice in the past" -.-
