Its already done. Mod 4 is, like you said, 2 days out. The final build is done, and thats whats going up. There will be a few fixes that they skipped last test patch, but anything that is broken now, and wasn't a week ago, is going Live.

Guys. the worst thing is, that if Dev's will change something, and it will go live - it wont be changed at least for month's. Even if its freaking iritating and wrong.
Control effects from all classes and many npc powers still cc us while we block.
Bull charge can go through shield.
Takedown goes through block.
bonus from pvp sets does not affect stamina.
Griffons wrath sometimes loses 2 charges instead of 1.
Anvil of doom sometimes doesn't hit smaller enemies or if they are below you or while you are jumping.
Steel defense isn't giving us immunity to all powers.
steel grace isn't working.

Gf need to be able to block chill stacks because we take so much dmg from guarding now that it was created an unbalance that needs to be fixed. chill stacks need to become blockable. And piercing attacks hit us to hard. Bug

No if shield block chill stacks. you goes to reverte the problem and it come how actual GWF works with inflexible. Since chill stack are not instant freeze power and need to be cumulate. you will just need to up and down shield to break the chill you have on you and you just make like that this power completly useless since a single chill spell only stack 1 chill per second and you only freeze on the 7 one.
Also depend of how the chill is programmed (and i pretty sure that is programmed from CW part and not GF shield part) to make it not stack on shield probably mean to make it not stack on cc immun target and that will be a complet destroy of opressor way on PVE. many mechanism of opressor are based on how the chill stack (cc immun target get chill but also receive extra damage due to cc immun).
Shield should just block the last chill stack to prevent freezing.
Honestly if change need to be adjust on GF part should not be on shield. shield should not be an alone feat that do all job. for exemple a passive feat (yellow) that allows you to use your encounter feat with shield up by just eating a little more shield bar. that would give a lot of possiblity for pvp part (and also in chill case allow you to use your encounter without been freezed with the last stack)

Have you played the GF? No?
Inflexible kill slow effects. Guard not. And that's why Chill freeze us. It slow down as a debuff - which is simply not removed due guard - and with your stated stackcount it just cc us then. That's stupid and for me bugged the first time I'm encountered it.

When using Threatening Rush and trying to block cancel it, the Threatening Rush animation occurs again consistently. I have noticed that this animation bug has been occurring since at least Mod 2.
So who has enough free time to compile a complete list of bugs, and we can just keep adding them up and reposting them so it will be a list of all the known bugs.

Nice list. I was testing with carnivore and bull charge sometimes goes through block head on.

Which is still a display bug that should be fixed and is exactly what the list was mentioning.
Well guys it look like none of these are making it to live lol.. We tried.
WM + all the regen/lifesteal/incoming healing bonus +40-60% deflect + 10% more healing bonus from dragons.... = No shot there.
CW's - got "nerfed" but still if a team has 2 and yours has 0 or 1, you lose.
- But at least we have some more options and we'll be wanted in premades again

Isnt that marvelous, one of my fighters is nerfed to the ground and the buffs to the other leave more things broken than not. Thanks Cryptic, that was exactly what I expected of you in a new content release and you never fail to deliver. Well, since I dont want more alts and I wont be caught dead playing THE caster, I'll just migrate to some single player RPGs till this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> gets sorted. The new Risen is out and another cool one is coming out soon too.

Yeah, guard is garbage. I fought a GWF in my range, 17k, and he was stunning me with FLS and doing some good damage to me through my guard. We are the only class in the game that takes damage when we are supposedly ''immune''. Cool.

1 sec ICD on procs isnt even much of a nerf.... its still about 80% as effective as it was before - which is still stupid OP
