In my Quest some standard enemy drop "Blackdagger crypt key", but I don't want it! In their properties no dropeed item. Can I solve this somehow?

Builders have no control over loot.
I wasted five million AD promoting the Foundry.

. . . . . Unfortunately this particular drop is a part of that mob's specific loot table, which seems to be 100% for that particular item since it uses the same loot table as a certain mob in Skyhold. We cannot control the loot of mob drops but things like this shouldn't be a part of a foundry mob's loot tables when it concerns a specific mob in a dungeon/quest/whatever.

. . . . . Because of this, I am considering this to be a Foundry Bug and am moving this to Bug Reports and renaming the Subject accordingly. Thanks for the report!

I believe this is one of the Fighter Adventurer encounters that was added for us in Feywild. Would appreciate the fix :)

This still occurs in Cragmire Crypt dungeon as I have 2 on a level 28 CW that hasn't done a Foundry quest in over 5 levels. Safe to throw them away?

It is safe to throw them away (or vendor for the few coppers).

You are misunderstanding that the keys are a normal (but un-needed) part of the loot table for enemies encountered in CC all the time, which just happen to drop in unrelated foundry quests as well when the foundry author has used that enemy as a template for their encounters.

I am having a slight issue figuring out how to make an NPC like say Seargent Knox follow and fight alongside the PC. I figured out how to turn an NPC into an encounter but the other option is really confusing me. Also I am wondering if there is a way when making a campaign to cause NPC's to spawn in a later quest based on wether or not the pc chose to accept or not accept their help in a previous quest?

    Your question is
    A - not a bug
    and
B - completely unrelated to this thread

There is an entire forum dedicated to questions about how to use the foundry. Try asking in there.
