Lillend event bugged !

You open a pack and receive no Lillend OR!! any tarmalune bars which you are supposed to get when you do not find a Lillend. Be aware ! Event is supposed to be active as of now but is actually not enabled. Please review my ticket as well.

Same here opened 2 profession pack and non of rewards come(bar or lillend)

Chat and friend list gone.

I opened several myself and also recieved no Trade Bars despite the lack of Lillend in those packs.

Sadly i also have to report suffering from this. Bought 4 or 5 packs before i noticed the issue, thought it might have been a timezone problem so tested with a Booster pack but there i did get the TT bars.
Had been hoping to land a Lillendi this time round but with the amount of money iv already invested into this its looking bleak.
Its sad really, so far this has been the only game breaker iv encountered...

I see the Profession packs now state the bonus, but I've not recieved the bars yet. I did buy they after the event started. I hope they award these hate to see that money wasted.

So I figured out what occurred. Although the event was "announced" live ingame on the website, the servers did not actually activate the event for approx ~45minutes afterwards when the chat and mail servers crashed and some "update" occurred. PW should reimburse those people who opened packs during that 45min period believing that they had a chance at a lilland or tarmalune due to this bug.

More like they activated each pack separately, like I stated I bought around 5 Asset packs with nothing then with what i had left over bought a couple Booster packs which did have the bonus's.
And this was all around 10:23 PDT.

Be nice if this at least got some kind of acknowledgement. I know they had bigger issues with people not being able to get on, or crashing, but with this silence on the matter kind feels like they're giving us the finger.

I had the same problem. This needs to be bumped. More than likely we are all just screwed and they won't do anything for us, despite the fact it is their fault. This is what we get for paying for a free to play game. They have 0 incentive to help us.

Would be really awesome if they did, and I would make sure people knew. I opened 7-8 boxes about 15 minutes after the event started and nothing happened (no bars or lilend).

PLEASE HELP US, CRYPTIC! PROVE THE HATERS WRONG!

Day 2: Still no recognition. Bug Reporting in game doesn't seem to go through either. Can't find the ticket I've sent. I bought 7 Profession packs thinking I'd at minimum get more trade bars for them.

Sad to say we are likely not to see any kind of satisfaction for our woes. We are apparently only a small population affected by this bug and as such our happiness is not worth as much to the Devs. You'd think we'd be the easiest to satisfy.

If you have bug reported it instead of going through the GM help menu to contact customer support, then don't expect a response. Bug reports are sent directly to people who write code.

All of you need to contact customer support, who are the people who actually have the capability to arrange any kind of refunds.

On my toon, I received all green and 2-3 trade bars per kit. I feel like I wasted my money. I am considering not buying any more profession kits. I want a Lillend and, even with a Level 25 Leprechaun, my Luck is awful!

I have sent two tickets as well. The first one was changed to resolved saying they had an error with the ticket system and asked me to resubmit it if I was still experiencing it. Waiting reply on the new ticket.

i can understand the frustration, but a little patience and understanding can go a long way. while people have come to the forums to report this bug, that doesn't account for how many others may have already submitted tickets for it, nor does it account for any other tickets that have been submitted for other issues. they will get to your issue. i promise.

Being the ignorant sort that I am I figured I would sink some AD and try my luck. I started with 1 mil Ad, then another, then another, then 2 mil AD, then 2 mil more, then 2 mil more. The results were somewhat devastating, and while I did manage some trade bars I got no lillend and no epic quality items -- mostly greens that were undesirable and of low value. The return on my investment was around 500k AD. I have a tendency towards ignorance and self destruction so hopefully no others follow such a pattern.

I am sure that is the case, but since you are not an employee of the company you are not in a position to make or keep that promise. You can say a resolution to the problem will most likely occur at some point, but you cannot guarantee it.

2 or 3 Bars per kit? Is that a typo?

I read on the boards it was a minimum of 10 per Lockbox key used, and those cost less, don't they? I opened 10 lockboxes and got 104 bars. Was considering trying for a Lillend, but only if your 2-3 number was meant to be around 20-30. Can anyone help clear that up for me? Thank you.

Lockboxes give 10 on average. It can be more but also could be less. The Kits are likely the same.

Is normal after 4-5 kit to dont' get a lilend, because there a chance to get it, is not sure to get 1 even after 100 lock open. For the bar is strange, usually was giving 10. There someone of the dev testing that promotion code?
