I suspect this build is long dead. Try stox's build, which is more up to date. Just google for the link, or there's one somewhere in the buildguide stickies above.

The build did not withstand the test of time.
I suspect because he relied too heavily on Icy Terrain and many other things that did not pan out in reality.
This is a necro'd thread from long long ago.
EDIT: To let you know, this build is not used anymore... not the way the OP intended. It was a necro'd thread. As the build or rather how it was used... in time was found to be substandard. While the build can do many things... pure damage is not one of them.
