So dumb question, but after having checked the thread so far, what are the chestpiece options for female Guardian Fighters like with regards to two of my biggest pet peeves in armour? Namely bօօb windows and not actually covering the chest with decent plate. Are there any armours that do not have those blasted frames/windows or that actually do cover the body proper?
I'm particularly asking because I kinda want to look at buying the Zealot or Thayan stuff down the line, but if the female version is nothing like the male version, I'm kinda losing hope then.

Thayan Zealot would be crazy skimpy without the shirt underneath. Treating the shirt and pants as part of your armor pretty much works for me when I want a covered-up look.
On the T1 and T2 armor sets, females GFs see a bit more of their shirt texture than males but I don't think it's terrible.
Here's Marhand, my main that I've had since the game opened.
Helm of the Indomitable Warrior (without the distracting ioun stone)
Valiant Warrior's Armor (without the smoky Soulforged enchantment)
Valiant Warrior's Gauntlets
Indomitable Warrior's Greaves
Heavy Archon Shield (not totally happy with that featureless and mildly suggestive shape on the shield face)
Longsword of the High General
Dye: Masquerade, for that shiny, golden look
Even though I was not trying for a specific look, I really like how it turned out. I've had several compliments and at least one marriage proposal in-game from it! It looks so good to me that I've passed up many chances to upgrade. If anything, it forced me to work and learn the class instead of having gear to save my sometimes inattentive and careless donkey. But with the newer quests it may be time to move on to T2 gear. Thanks to this thread, I have a better idea of what to look for.
Question, but does the Tempered Valiant Helmet drop anywhere in particular? I cannot seem to find it on the Auction House whatsoever.

"Valiant" gear is the old GF rare stuff that no longer drops. If you can find any Valiant helm with that inventory icon (I see quite a few), then it should have that skin.
The other icon you see to the left will always have the plumed skin.

I will never understand why Cryptic would make it harder for someone to obtain cosmetics in this game, when STO and CO exist and are so flexible.

What armors DON'T have those dumb obstructive tire flaps on them to clip with tails?
Guys the drake helmet of the grand regent from the seal shop has exactly the same appearance as the tempered champions helm. Also Check out the grand regent armor of the drake, it looks really cool.

Here are my two of my three Guardian Fighters:
This is Bruthim Evenbeard (my main GF) of Clan Evenbeard, an Iron Vanguard. He's a Mountain Dwarf that left his family in Waterdeep, due to taking up worship of Amaunator instead of Moradin. His brother Gruthim Evenbeard (one of my DCs) also took up the Amaunatoran faith and followed Bruthim to Neverwinter shortly after.
This is my Dove Firehair of the House Firehair who is a Swordmaster. The Firehair family is a human noble house of Old Neverwinter that escaped the Spellplague into Luskan. When Neverwinter was rebuilt and Luskan fell prey to outlaw and violence, she escaped her home again and set towards Neverwinter. Along her way, she happened across a family of Halflings who were slaughtered by Orc Raiders. She fought them off and when the calm came, she heard the cry of an infant.
What she found she took as a sign from Sune, her patron Goddess. A deep red-haired halfling baby who has now become her adopted daughter, Carneliana Firehair (one of my TRs). For you see, Dove was wounded escaping Neverwinter years ago as a infant, resulting also in her father's death, and has since been unable to bear children. She often refers to Carneliana as her "Love from Sune" and has been accepted as such by the rest of the Firehair nobles as one of their own.
When she entered the Church of Sune in Neverwinter for the first time and set her eyes upon a red-haired handsome male, it was love at first sight for both her and her now-husband, Trestian Firehair (below). Both him and her raised Carneliana as their own, who calls them both Mom and Dad.

Here's my third Guardian Fighter:
This is Trestian Firehair (still in his leveling stages), formerly Trestian Northhill, a human devotee of Sune. Due to his now-wife's nobility and his lack of nobility, he instead took his wife's surname when they married. He will be an Swordmaster like his wife, Dove Firehair (above). He was raised the Church of Sune in Neverwinter and when he saw Dove enter the Church for the first time, bearing an infant fire-haired halfling girl in her arms, it was love at first sight for them both.

I really like the shoulders on that armor, what's the name of it? And, are all the pieces from the same set?
Would have never occurred to me. Snort.
@twooftwo
I think that's Draconic gear.

BTW: same look like the Tempered valiant helmet, is on AH for few AD by name "Heroic champion's helmet"

The cosmetics are an unfortunate side victim of them reworking all the gear for Mod 4.
Re: armors without tire flaps
Anything under level 20 is basically just a breast plate.

Was hoping for something with shoulder plates though.
